My first use I sprayed and was expecting more of a mist but instead I got a stream and everything came back out all over the floor. So I tried again thinking maybe I should sniff while i spray. And again everything came dripping back out all over me and the floor. Not what I expected based on similar products I have used.

The One star is for a new nozzle design. I've used simply saline for years and keep several around so it's always within reach. I just purchased two bottles and the nozzle shape is different- larger and wider which is not very nose friendly for a woman. I can’t even get it into the airway in the way an adult needs to position a nasal spray, to use it correctly. I’ve attached pictures of the two nozzles. The website is only showing the traditional nozzle so I’m not sure if this is a new design or a fluke? I'll have to try to find the Jr. one and see if the nozzle is a traditional one.

I have horrible spring allergies, stuffy nose accompanied by a headache and scratchy threat. On the days I used the spray I noticed I had very minimal nasal congestion and no headache or throat issues- this is a nice alternative to taking tons of allergy medications, I was really impressed!

The size of the product is great. You definetley can get a lot of uses. I like that the spray doesn't come out too strong. My children are not afraid to use this. I love that it is natural and really does the job. Would be buying this product in the future.

I use this twice a day. My only disappointment is when I buy a can that does not work. It's full of the wonderful saline and I have to throw it away because it will not spray. This has happened 3 times. But I still go buy more and take it wherever we go. Wish there was a way to replace ones that won't spray

My wife has been using this product for skin lesions for years. The first time was from a fall that ripped the front of her leg. She also had huge sores on her hands. The lesions were almost to the bone and larger around than a nickel. In both cases, she applied a couple drops to the sores and covered the area with gauze. The sores healed quickly!
