I have tried it already because i was feeling a little stuffed up and soon after i could breath better and i felt better, it sprays put quite a bit witch is new because I have never tried anything like this b4 so i was able to clean put everything and feel better sooner. I think the brand is amazing, I have seen a lot of good reviews and from personal experience I really liked how well it worked.
