I normally use pills, this is the first time I have used a nasal spray. At first I didn't know what to expect. Instructions where very easy to follow. Nasal passages cleared up pretty good. I tried it and now I know I will not use pills again. So far its been a good product.

I am most excited to know that it could be used a a mist or cleanse. I loved that it remained sterile throughout use. Keep in mind though it will not prevent the constant sneezing that a claritin type spray prevents. But this is great if just clogged up and dry and need to breathe again! I received this product as a free sample from smiley 360 for the purpose of my review. The following opinions are 100% mine and true. Simply Saline Nasal Mist is easy to use and very effective. I was quite impressed with how well it worked to moisturize my nasal passages. I really like the nozzle, and the fact that you can control the amount of mist that it delivers. It is easy to use and gives fast relief.

It really cleared my sinuses so it is easy to play outside with my daughter or take my dog for a walk!
