Just bought this, I have no idea what would possess them to change the formula of a previously brilliant product. What once was "simply" saline is now no longer. My past experience of gentle relief was replaced by burning sinuses and eye watering with the addition of baking soda. They need to at least give the option of an "original formula" product. I will be returning this bottle (without the receipt, didn't think I needed to keep it) with notes in sharpie on the bottle hoping it gets to someone. A previous reviewer said the cliché "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" was fitting. ^ True that! ;)

I think the bottle was a good amount of product, but slightly big for an every day purse. Thus, I would use in the morning and again when I get home. It’s pretty easy to spay, which is good and bad. Good compared to the competition but also easy to overspray. It’s a reasonable priced product that I would purchase, but does have the drawbacks mentioned. This only sprayed the mist in my nasal passages and not down my throat. I haven't used it like a netti pot I haven't used one of those either. I will be purchasing this spray!!!

I'm surprised and impressed by how much this helps, considering that it has no decongestant or other medication. It's simply saline. I use a few times a day, and I often can go several days without needing a decongestant spray. Definitely worth trying if you use a decongestant spray every few hours, and it's losing its effectiveness.

I have a chronic clogged nose and a lot of allergies year round. I found Simply Saline years ago and was a happy camper. Now I can't use it because the formula changed and it irritates my nasal passages. I need the old formula. making it at home just doesn't cut it. I am asking the company to bring back the old formula or have both just as long as I can buy it.

I am currently living in Arizona and I'm not use to it being so dry. When I got this, I immediately put some of it in my nose and it helped immediately. I loved the spray bottle, one spray was enough and it was easy and effortless to use. I really love the bottle. Tis one works way better than any other that I have used. I started reading the can and I noticed that it contains no CFs which is absolutely wonderful and makes me like it even more. I love the brand arm and hammer and this is such a good nasal spray.
