[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a free sample of this from Smiley 360 and I couldn't be happier. It's easy to use, even my teen can use it. It helps alleviate symptoms and no side effects. I'll get this again.

To me this stuff is useless. I get maybe 2 seconds of relief before I'm all stuffed up again. I'd have to spray it up my nose continuously all day. I've even tried other nasal sprays, they just don't do anything for me.

My allergies are terrible and I frequently get sinus infections. Simply Saline gently soothes the nose and sinus cavity and flushes out the allergens. Better than Netty pot and ready to use. No mixing needed.

This is good for cleaning your sinus cavitys I used this year's ago and started using it again it cleans out the mucus and anything else that causes allergy it is not medicine it's a saline solution that cleans out your sinuses.

I bought this today because I had severe congestion, and my nose felt better almost instantly! Right away I was able to blow out what was keeping me from breathing properly.
