This is good for cleaning your sinus cavitys I used this year's ago and started using it again it cleans out the mucus and anything else that causes allergy it is not medicine it's a saline solution that cleans out your sinuses.

if I feel nasal blockage due to allergies, etc., I reach for this nasal spray. It works quickly to restore normal breathing. It's important to me that it's drug free.

I am on day three of a painful sinus infection and I look forward to the relief that this spray gives every time I use it. I even keep a bottle at work, allergy season in Oklahoma gets rough and this product is a must have item in our home.

I've used this product for years. Works great. The last batch of spray cans are very difficult to use. The spray button must be pressed too far for other than a child size finger to depress. I hope you will be correcting this.
