[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a sample to try. I was skeptical at first but after trying it for my son who hates blowing his nose I was surprised. This really helps with his congestion and sinus drainage too.

My pulmonologist has suggested nasal sprays for years. I use a nettie pot at home but could not find a good saline spray for away from home. This product can be used as a moisture spray or as a nettie pot away from home.

This product is a life-saver! With high pollen rates, I'd be miserable without Simply Saline. It definitely clears nasal passages for better breathing. And the Super Size lasts so much longer. Highly recommend!

I like the product, the first time I bought this it had a fatter nozzle it fit comfortablely but you changed the nozzle to a long narrow sprayer and it is not as easy to use or as comfortable.
