I was having nose bleeds and all sorts of horrible nasal problems. I wasn't afraid of over using this because it's drug free so it's essentially salt water. I was able to blow my nose easily and I could actually breath it was an amazing feeling and I didn't have that nasty weird smell and taste that you get from nasal spray. This stuff had been a God send. Yes I got this stuff as a sample yes it was free but no they didn't pay me for My opinion or my experience. I'll Definitely be buying more.

However, after my husband has used it for a week. It didnt work for him really well. He used it before bed and felt good but he woke up in the middle of the night and had to use it again.
