I use it to clean my nasal passages and mist often to keep my nose moist and protected from the dry desert air. I no longer have blood on my tissue when I blow my nose. I can sleep better and eat with my mouth closed. My allergies are no longer controlling everything I do, I am! I would recommend everyone try this!!!

Cannot say enough good things about this product. Love how it makes my nasal membranes moist and comfortable. However, The packaging needs to be retooled. I have Rheumatiod Arthritis and have a devil of a dime getting that plastic film off of the cap. I usually have to pass it off to the Hubs for him to open for me. Grrr... I guess you can't have everything, ah well...

This was definitely a nice upgrade from our usual store-brand purchase of nose spray. I think I would permanently switch to this brand moving forward knowing how well it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this everyday in the shower. A must have for allergy season! The nozzle is a lot different from the squirt bottles I have used in the past. This delivers a fine mist (pushing part way down) that doesn't run out or back down your throat. A stream can be achieved by pushing all the way down to use like a neti pot. I can sleep all night without having to blow my nose or spray anything into my nose. This is such a relieving product for me and I am so glad that I don't use the prescription sprays any longer. It is very handy, easy to use, easy to carry with me and not too bulky (even the giant size), which means that I can always use it straight out of the pool. No complaints whatsoever; great product. But my consegestion was really bothering so I figured i would try it. After using it as instructed I was pleasantly surprised when I felt relief less than 5 minutes later.
