This only sprayed the mist in my nasal passages and not down my throat. I haven't used it like a netti pot I haven't used one of those either. I will be purchasing this spray!!!

Works great for dry irritated sinuses. Very convenient to use. My only complaint is with the packaging. There's a very thin plastic seal over each can that is virtually impossible to remove without a knife. It's really overkill and poor packaging imho, that's why I took a star off. When it takes 5 minutes to get the packaging off they need to revisit it.

I am currently living in Arizona and I'm not use to it being so dry. When I got this, I immediately put some of it in my nose and it helped immediately. I loved the spray bottle, one spray was enough and it was easy and effortless to use. I really love the bottle. Tis one works way better than any other that I have used. I started reading the can and I noticed that it contains no CFs which is absolutely wonderful and makes me like it even more. I love the brand arm and hammer and this is such a good nasal spray. I definitely recommend you try this out. It came just I time for summer. Thank you arm and hammer.

It is like spraying a pure water salt spring into your nostril relieving congestion from allergens. I would have give it five stars if I knew how many sprays each bottle included so I'd know when to buy more and never run out. I got this product free for the purpose of writing a review.
