I never loved using nasal sprays but I didn’t mind this one! It’s gentle and drug free so I can use it often. It really cleared my sinuses so it is easy to play outside with my daughter or take my dog for a walk!

I use it to clean my nasal passages and mist often to keep my nose moist and protected from the dry desert air. I no longer have blood on my tissue when I blow my nose. I can sleep better and eat with my mouth closed. My allergies are no longer controlling everything I do, I am! I would recommend everyone try this!!!

It was my first time using and I was a bit surprised my first time I used it!, it was cold, and sprayed a bit fast at first. It seemed to work pretty quickly but did not last as long as I expected. I have mild allergies and sinus congestion this time of year and usually use a nasal decongestant when it gets really bad. I used this product for 2 days and can already tell a slight difference. I'm still a little congested but my nostrils aren't as dry and instead of being dry, sore and congested my nose is running and I'm able to blow my nose and clear the congestion a little easier. I have a persistent sinus problem. Last Spring I found "SIMPLY SALINE - COLD FORMULA". How great it is!!! Now I can lo longer find it on store shelves. Pharmacist says it is no longer offered! WHY??? Instead, they have "Nasal Mist"!!! Not as good! And has a different feel in my nose!
