I have been stuffy for two days now so I was so excited to try my mist. I just wanted a little relief...I wanted to be able to breathe out of my nose. Lo & behold...one good spray in each nostril and I CAN breathe...finally! I will definitely be purchasing this more often.

At first I didnt think I really had much of a use for this product because my family doesnt get alot of colds but literally the night after I received this sample my 5 yo son awoke in he middle of the night complaining he couldn't breath out of his nose. At first I was just giong to reach for the bulb syringe thwn remembered this Arm and Hammer simply saline nasal mist was still sitting on my counter unopened. So i wwnt and grabbed it hoping it would do something for him. I sqirted the first side of his nose and had him blow his nose and right away he sat up and told me "mom i can breath." He wanted to just lay rught back down and go to sleep but I went ahead and sprayed the other side just to be safe. After that he fell right back to sleep and stayed asleep till morning. When he woke up he had no more congestion. He hasn't gotten sick since and I haven't had another reason to use it but my first experience with the Arm and Hammer Saline Nasal mist was definitely a positive one.

Works great and fast . No weird side effects , smell or taste. Easy to use and can be used by anyone . I would definitely recommend this product , best I've found so far. Bought 3-pack nasal mist but have difficulty getting it "aimed" while simultaneously trying to squeeze a hard-to-press section of the plastic cover. I expected a mist but got a mini-hose which dribbles down the face. Best in the shower. Would prefer to hear, feel and sense a real MIST for more effect and less mess.

It was not bad at all like i was thinking. I ended up doing another mist. I was able to breath so good after wards! I mean wow I didn't think this would work that well but it really did!
