Springtime means pollen, and pollen means congestion for me, but Simply Saline has given me some real relief! Was not expecting much from it initially (who hasn't tried nasal saline before?) but I've got to say the nozzle that releases a fine mist instead of a normal squirting action really makes a difference. I found myself reaching for this more often than other saline sprays I have.

I'm surprised and impressed by how much this helps, considering that it has no decongestant or other medication. It's simply saline. I use a few times a day, and I often can go several days without needing a decongestant spray. Definitely worth trying if you use a decongestant spray every few hours, and it's losing its effectiveness.

The first thing I noticed about the simply saline is their packaging I love the bottle it comes in it's obviously not huge so you can carry it around with you which is very convenient I also really liked the nasal part it didn't scrape up against my nose and fit perfectly it was also very easy to press down on to squirt. The product itself works well it cleared my nose instantly and I'd definitely recommend it to a friend!

I have severe allergies %26 not dry nasal passages, so this didn't help me. I have been willing to try anything though so I bought it. If dryness is your issue, then this is for you. BUT if swollen, stuffed, and unable to breathe, this will not have any effect. At least, it didn't for me.
