First of all I have to say thank you because know I can enjoy the spring weather. I can enjoy outside activities with my family without any inconvenience. I can go to the park and smell the flowers. Since I start using this nasal spray I can breathe much better. It's simply awesome. The only thing that dislike of the product is the pump it's to hard and when I press the button it's a little bit complicated. But that's all. The product is awesome. I have tried it and my husband was sick ghe other day and had stuff nose we used it on him. I think that is clears your noze alot quicker than alot of the other products. I would defiantly recommend this to anyone to try.

Was looking for saline/baking soda formula and found it here. The baking soda does help to calm raw sinus/nasal cavities. Just what I wanted. Considered making my own, but would have to filter homemade w/coffee filter because baking soda never completely dissolves. (Don't make your own unless you have distilled water - tap water can contain amoebas...) Stay safe - just order this one!

I use Simply Sale Instant relief during dust storm season as that is when I have the most congestion. This product is a god send and so happy I have learned about it. The One star is for a new nozzle design. I've used simply saline for years and keep several around so it's always within reach. I just purchased two bottles and the nozzle shape is different- larger and wider which is not very nose friendly for a woman. I can’t even get it into the airway in the way an adult needs to position a nasal spray, to use it correctly. I’ve attached pictures of the two nozzles. The website is only showing the traditional nozzle so I’m not sure if this is a new design or a fluke? I'll have to try to find the Jr. one and see if the nozzle is a traditional one.

I have INCREDIBLY sensitive sinuses and have tried around 10 or so name brand saline sprays and this is the ONLY one that doesn't burn or sting. It's actually refreshing! Hallelujah! It also has a superior spray spout to the others I've tried, the mist is both fine and perfectly propelled. I've started recommending this to all our paitents at my pharmacy. EXCELLENT quality. I'm extremely happy.
