This product is excellent for sore, swollen sinuses due to a cold or allergies but you do have to have realistic expectations. It's non-medicated so it's not going to have the same sinus opening effect that medicated sprays do. The giant plus here is that you can use it as often as you feel the need without fear of "rebound" effects. If you've ever experienced this, you know once is enough to turn you off of nasal sprays for good. Simply Saline does a great job of soothing your dry sinuses and can be safely used in conjunction with decongestants. The delivery system is excellent and these big cans last a long time. I always have one in the medicine cabinet just in case. For about the cost of 1 1/2 cans at most stores, the 3 pack at this price is a bargain!

My husband uses it each evening, and he has noticed a difference. He said it's very soothing with no taste. He doesn't care for other nasal sprays because of the aftertaste. Product seems to work well. I would suggest to re-model the nasal spout. Now i have a larger nose but the spout seems to be a bit too long and the button to push to activate the spray is not east to push. Also, the spray comes out a bit too firm like a power washer which may be good for first level congestion but after that may not need as much. Maybe offer changeable spray heads?

Works great for dry irritated sinuses. Very convenient to use. My only complaint is with the packaging. There's a very thin plastic seal over each can that is virtually impossible to remove without a knife. It's really overkill and poor packaging imho, that's why I took a star off. When it takes 5 minutes to get the packaging off they need to revisit it.

I was really wondering if a drug free Saline would work well and I'm happy to say it does! The weather here has been so crazy that our sinuses have gotten a work out. The 1st time I used it the mistake of the sprayer was much more powerful than ones I've used in the past. But it coated my nostrils and after blowing my nose I felt relief. I have always been a fan of Arm and Hammer, so it saddens me to say this product may not be the product for me. I love that the ingredients are so basic and all natural, I just wish it "worked" for my symptoms. I used this during a time where I was having some issues, and found it easy to use, which is a plus. But again I didn't receive any type of relief short-term or long-term. I am an avid medicine hoarder so I continue to keep this on my shelf at home. But I would not purchase it again as it doesn't provide me any relief.
