I usually don't like the feeling of spraying something in my nose, but this mist is so fine its not that uncomfortable. I did get relief from the congestion I have that is caused by allergies. The relief lasted about three to four hours so Im impressed.

I have been using Simply Saline (the REAL Simply Saline) for years and have loved it - a gentle saline wash delivered with a strong, sanitary spray. What an unpleasant shock then, when I used my new can - a harsh, overwhelmingly salty assault on my nostrils. By putting baking soda in this product you have ruined it. I tastes terrible, is objectionably high in sodium, and no longer provides the comforting relief of the original product. What a disappointment. I have enthusiastically recommended it to my friends and my patients in the past - but no more. A cliche seems appropriate at this point, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

It has no taste to it, which most of the time is my problem with nasal mists! It left my nose feeling moisturized and refreshed! Another thing I love about this product is it is non habit forming, and you can use it multiple times a day! The ingredients in this product are super simple and I love there are no weird ingredients I've never heard of, I don't feel comfortable putting things up my nose I don't know about! My nose is always so dry when I wake up and although this adds instant relief, it does not last. It just runs right back out your nose and doesn't provide lasting relief.
