[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this when the air is so dry and my nose gets all dried out. This helps moisten my nasal passages and allows me to breathe a little easier. It is easy to use and does not make a mess. No side effects other than a relieved nose.

Just bought this, I have no idea what would possess them to change the formula of a previously brilliant product. What once was "simply" saline is now no longer. My past experience of gentle relief was replaced by burning sinuses and eye watering with the addition of baking soda. They need to at least give the option of an "original formula" product. I will be returning this bottle (without the receipt, didn't think I needed to keep it) with notes in sharpie on the bottle hoping it gets to someone. A previous reviewer said the cliché "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" was fitting. ^ True that! ;)

Look no further! :) I've tried 'em all, & this is the best one, & @ the best price, & supports WalMart USA. I even use on roof of mouth (in back @ sinus drainholes & then spit) morning/night. PURE non-toxic (w/o preservatives) CLEANSING/HEALING in BEST dispenser (others aggravate difficult to handle & the spray either too hard or wimpy); EXCEPT for AIR TRAVEL limitations, a small soft plastic squirt bottle w/o preservatives is best, v. plane germs nose/mouth; & for HEADCOLD, Simply Saline light green homeopathic NASAL saline spray can (for nose only) we adults prefer the Children's as the adult too caustic mint for our sensitive fair senior nostrils :-)

Totally agree with previous reviews. Please offer the original SIMPLY Saline. You can provide all the add-on versions you like, but for us loyal users of the original product, we want the real thing back! I have recommended this product to countless people and was convinced that I alone kept them in business. Apparently, not enough. I don't want to go back to a Nettie pot, but will to get simply saline.

It helps me clear my nasal passages of congestion. It doesn't dry my nasal passages out and I really like that this spray is drug free! It is really easy to use as well. I definitely recommend this saline spray for a more natural and gentle approach to relieving nasal congestion. I will be using this from here on out.

My nose was a little clogged and as soon as i sprayed it in my nose that went completely away! And now, hours later, there is still nothing there! I would 100% buy this on my own!!! SUPER impressed!

Cannot say enough good things about this product. Love how it makes my nasal membranes moist and comfortable. However, The packaging needs to be retooled. I have Rheumatiod Arthritis and have a devil of a dime getting that plastic film off of the cap. I usually have to pass it off to the Hubs for him to open for me. Grrr... I guess you can't have everything, ah well...
