Right now my allergies are bad so this is great to clean my nose after being outside. I like that it does not sting my nose and is a mist. It is easy to use and helps get the gunk out of my nose. This is also great to keep my son's nose moist so he does not get a bloody nose as he gets those when his nose is too dry. My son likes the way it feels in his nose.

I've found that this really bothers my sinuses, even resulting in the occasional bloody nose. I've tried Simply Saline over the past couple of weeks and found that it provides some relief. It's easy to use and I can even keep it at my desk. It's slightly uncomfortable, but only for the few seconds while you are spraying it, and it is worth it for the relief it brings afterwards.
