I have been using the Simply Saline for 3 days now and it has definitely helped clear my nasal passages. I find using it at the end of the day seems particularly helpful. It seems to clear out any pollen or pet dander or whatever gets up there before I go to bed. During allergy season I usually wake up several times a night to blow my nose...that gets old fast. I also like that the ingredients are simple and non addictive. So far this is a win win in my allergy fighting arsenal.

I use it to clean my nasal passages and mist often to keep my nose moist and protected from the dry desert air. I no longer have blood on my tissue when I blow my nose.
