Bought this for the remote readout function which is perfect for bulky items. Such a good deal, I went back for another, but Both store and online is sold out! I don't expect to replace at this price again!

This thing wouldn't die it wasn't working quite right but it had served a long life & we needed to replace it... I THINK my original one was going on 5 or 6 years old. We used it daily, as a kitchen scale, for our small in home business, for business & personal mailings small & LARGE. We didn't over use & abuse it but it did it's fare share of hard work. :-) I went ahead & spent the $3 for the 3 yr warranty because I value this company & didn't mind spending $3 on the off chance I got a dud. ;-)

The scale is proving to be indispensable. With this new tool, my little business is much easier to weight and provide accurate postage. Thanks!

This scale works great and is very accurate. I weighed my package at home with it then took it to the post office and had it verified. It was the correct weight. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a good postal scale!

Overall, it’s a positive product experience. The cable tends to twist onto itself, which can be a bit inconvenient. Also, the screen has a limited viewing angle you have to look at it straight on, since it’s hard to see clearly from the side.

I bought this scale to replace an older Royal scale we use for smaller packages. The new scale works well & I like the separate control box, my only complaint is it comes with a usb style power cord, but it does not come with an AC adapter to plug the cord into. We had to borrow one from a phone charger to be able to weigh packages.

This isn't quality for restaurant daily use, if it lasts 2.5 months in good shape without the cords or the battery area in good condition, would be too long. Good price tho. If you're looking for a better quality look somewhere else, if it's going to be a casual use that's a good scale

I ordered online. When it arrived, one of the buttons was depressed inside the packaging, making it impossible to switch from lbs to kg. We attempted to return in store. There were none of the same items available in store to exchange, so we asked for a refund. We were told we would only receive a $9 refund, despite having the receipt and being within 2 weeks of the ship date. I WAS able to get a refund online, which I appreciate, but this was an unnecessary hassle. I don’t understand your return policy—this didn’t seem right to me.

The on off button never worked, and the weights are not accurate. We keep getting extra charges from UPS becuase the weights are off. I am going to return this.

Loved this scale for 11 months. Then I needed to replace the batteries. None of the American batteries would fit. The Chinese batteries are a tad smaller. My husband forced new batteries in and now the scale is inaccurate. It weighs 4 ounces less on a 6 lb package so I bought the wrong postage
