Flavor wise these were good, they started to mold in just 4 days which was disappointing.

I was introduced to these when attempting to recreate a shrimp poboy that I had purchased from a food truck. These are the REAL DEAL! LOVE these for philly cheese steak sandwiches, honey mustard chicken sandwiches, shrimp poboys and meatball subs. We cut them in half, because they are SO large. ALSO, they are just as fresh when they are placed in freezer bags and stored in the freezer for later. Try placing a little olive oil in the pan or toasting them in the oven.
