Not happy. Bought on 1/25. Brown meat 2 days to use by. Curbside.

Taste like ground beef. Nothing bad

It's literally just alot of ground beef.

Terrible. More like 60/40. Loaded with fat.

So much cartilage and bone fragments throughout the meat. Not great.

Great quality of meat. I would not buy it anywhere else

I purchased this Saturday- As I divided up into portions to freeze I noticed this was more like a 60/40. More than 20% Fat for sure. Terrible ratio.,

Does anyone else, besides myself, find that this meat has a lot of strings and non chewable product in it?

The last time I purchased the 80/20, it was 45/55. I knew something wasn't right when patting them out the grease was hanging off my hands. The meat was really tuff. I should have taken it back. The only cut of meat I know to be that tuff and that greasy is brisket I have never had chuck to be that tuff and greasy. I only buy the 90/10 now, just add a little Crisco lard. Perfect and better for you. Maybe it was a new guy didn't know his cuts of meat.

Went to buy a chub of 80/20 ground chuck but they it with hot dog meat, I know this because the meat smells like Sam's hotdogs and it has spices in it. Now I have 9lbs of hotdog meat that I have no use for. I dont have the original chub wrap so I can't return it. Needless to say don't buy ground beef aka hotdog meat from sams club.
