I use this ground beef for everything, I buy the large quantity and freeze with seal a meal. Love having it available all the time.

I have been buying these tubes of beef for years and something has changed. Now they have huge chunks of fat in them. Gross!

I purchased this Saturday- As I divided up into portions to freeze I noticed this was more like a 60/40. More than 20% Fat for sure. Terrible ratio.,

Meat had a good color. Very wet. Cooking the meat shrinks a lot. the moisture content was above average and I had to cook longer than normal to evaporate the water? Poor quality.

This can not be from a beef cow, more like an old dairy cow. Full of gristle, so much it gets stuck in your teeth. Sam's used to carry Excel brand and it was excellent, not this brand they have at the present!!!
