I use this hamburger for jerky. It comes from the dehydrator looking and tasting like Slim Jims. I then cut it to desired lengths and vacuum seal it. I keep it in the freezer until needed, usually Thanksgiving, Christmas, or just family gatherings. Everyone really likes it that way.

I get this often and it is usually great. Unfortunately every once in a while I will get large chunks of fat throughout the "log of ground beef". It is not always visible until we portion out the meat for the freezer. This is a 1 in 20 occurrence, but still upsetting.

We typically purchase a 9 lb. package every couple of months and form 1/4 lb. patties that go in the freezer. This gives us flexibility for burgers or using several for ground beef recipes. Flavor is exceptional and the 90% lean results in less waste and healthier eating.

Full of gristle, bits of tendon, bone fragments. I usually buy the 88/12 beef, which has been wonderful. I decided to give the 90/10 a try. Never again. I feel that I wasted my money. It's borderline inedible. Don't buy this product unless you want a big bite of gristle, tendon, or bone fragment every few bites.

this used to be a wonderful product. Now there is so much fat, gristle, it doesn't fall under the 90/10 at all. My hands are covered in fat when I package into smaller fzr bags. NO LONGER worth the purchase.....I hate to see what they are now calling 80/20!

The meat quality and the price.I mean, what more do you want?I buy it probably twice a month

Love this. It is easy to divide into meals. But expensive.
