Perfect flvor

First, the cost compared to..well anywhere else for the same percentage ratio keeps me coming back. I love that I dont have a ton of grease in the pan when cooking this. Of course its versatile with herbs and the style you cook it. I take it home devide it up and freeze it. It works perfectly for us.

9.87 Lb. = 7.90 Lb. , 8th time, 2 lbs short, proof My Scale is calibrated, checked with weights, checked 4 times. 8 times now, I have weighed it at having 2 lbs missing. Photos Prove it. Brought scale in to prove it and butcher just shrugs... Watch yourselves folks, they are basically stealing from you.

Good ground beef 90/10

Convenient package. Good taste. Shrinks a lot during cooking. Lots of fat dripping. Must cook or freeze quickly. Turned brown within 48 hours. I'd prefer 93/100.

I've never seen lean mean, let alone cheap 73/27 Burger, with chunks of fat bigger than LARGE marbles all throughout. This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened. Lesson learned, never again.

2 star because price is good however quality not so much. Stringy hair-like substance and pieces of what looks like hash inside meat. Maybe cartilage.

This purchase was the last I've seen of the darker (less fat), well-ground meat. I had to return the one after the darker one, which was great, because it was so full of skin, tubular veins and gristle. They both read the same 90/10 but look totally different. For months since they've only ever had the fatty one marked as 90/10. It's not worth the money at all. Eating it in chili and as burgers truly ruined the meals as it was so gross and off-putting that we were forcing ourselves to eat it.

This was THEE worst 10lb tube of 90% ground beef I have ever bought from Sam's! I immediately packaged and froze 1lb packages and the couple lbs I have used is so full of fat & gristle and even a good-sized bone in one package, we can't even eat it. For over $5/lb, this should not happen. Hoping to take the rest in for a refund!!
