The best way to buy ground beef. The price is great and I can repackage it into the serving sizes I need for my family. My husband also enjoys a good hamburger and says they taste great when I use Member's Mark 90/10 ground beef.

This product is available at 10% and 20% fat levels. With prices what they are, this is easily a better value. We have a vacuum sealer and freeze/store it in 1 lb. packages.

I know the cost of meats has risen, but this is almost too much. I now must buy the 90/10 chub to get good ground beef. The meat is good, prepares well and vacuum freezes well.

Price again went way up its ground beef leftovers not half of ribeye stake ot sirloin stake just dont understand it should be least expensive option. Plus it has alot of water in it if you leave it to drain fluid you'll end up with 1/3 less weight so you are paying 33% for water.

I've been buying the 10 pound roll for years, since it was 93/7. It's been 90/10 for some time now, but recently, the quality is way down. There are chunks of hard tissue in the meat. They're small, but noticeable. Little pieces of bone and ligaments. Gross. Get it right Sam's Club. I expect quality products at fair prices not dog food at human food prices.

Something has changed with this 90/10 hamburger meat and I’m not sure if they have added tendons or what, but every other bite has some really chewy piece that is not only an unwelcome texture, but also makes me not longer want to buy this! Stop skimping on quality to make weight!

This purchase was the last I've seen of the darker (less fat), well-ground meat. I had to return the one after the darker one, which was great, because it was so full of skin, tubular veins and gristle. They both read the same 90/10 but look totally different. For months since they've only ever had the fatty one marked as 90/10. It's not worth the money at all. Eating it in chili and as burgers truly ruined the meals as it was so gross and off-putting that we were forcing ourselves to eat it.

The quality has decreased as significantly as the price increased. Tons of extra fat, gristle and stringy white bits (arteries?) are being included in the package.

The first time I bought one of these and got bones I thought it was a fluke. the second time I almost broke my tooth biting on a fragment of bone. Please be careful feeding this to your family, the last thing you need is a emergency dental visit. Also there is quite a bit of gristle.
