Nice and lean and doesn’t have gristle. I hope they continue to carry this ground beef. I was looking to purchase some last week, they were sold out.

With the price of ground beef on the rise, bulk purchase like these help to offset the cost increase. I break it into 8 equal parts and vacuum seal them for freezing.

It had so much grease when I cooked with it I had to drain in twice ended up with a bowl full I’ll never buy again.i think they cut it with 73 and mark it 90

I love buying the 90/10 ground beef from Sam's Club. It’s super convenient to divide it into one-pound portions, freeze them, and then just grab what I need. Plus, it ends up being more affordable than buying individual pounds each time. Definitely a smart choice for anyone who cooks regularly!

I feed this to my dogs and while most of the time its great there has been a few times I found huge clumps of white solid fat that was like thrown into the grind and not ground up with the rest of the meat. I would expect that from the lower grade higher fat grind but not this one thus I am only giving 4 stars as its not been in all packages just a couple here and there though I purchase 40 lbs at a time.

Too much grissel and hard bones in the meat, not the first time either, it’s happened many times, getting tired of it going to buy it somewhere else. Tired of wasting my money on me that is not any good because too much bones in it..

We buy these then separate into 1lb bags at home to stick in the deli freezer until we need them. Ends up being much cheaper than buying 1lb at a time.

I purchased this 90/10 ground beef from my local Sam’s Club and cooked it. There was so much fat in it that I doubt it is anything close being 90/10.

90% ground beef It’s perfect for healthy eating perfect for slicing for hamburger patties breaking down to 1 pound packages freezing for future use long as they keep the price low. I will continue to keep buying it perfect for stocking my freezer..
