This is the second time I've bought this 90/10 big tube of ground beef. I prefer to stoxk up on meat and only have to buy it once a month or so. It's a good deal as far as price. However, there is over twice as much liquid in the skillet when browning this than when browning the 90/10 from other stores or even from the smaller packs of 90/10 in store at Sam's. Plus, there's a lot of white stuff in the tube that you can see, kind of almost marbles throughout the whole big tube. Which obviously looks like fat. So, I have trouble believing this is actually 90/10. I think I'm going to start just buying the smaller packs in store.

This 90/10 ground beef is good. Not too much fat but enough so it's not dry and has a good taste. Makes some tasty hamburgers.

Absolutely disgusting. I bought this 90/10 ground beef and it was FULL of tendons/silver skin and gristle. It was completely unpalatable. With every bite strings of tendon would be exposed and hanging out of the burger🤮🤮🤮. Sams should be ashamed!

Best amount and quality for the price. This USED to be around $20 for this quantity which is why I buy alot of items at Sam's. I wish it could be reduced to where it was 2-3 years ago.

This is an awesome product. It is very lean and has a very good taste. We have used it in meatloaf, tacos, burgers, soup and sauces. The outcome is always good and a favorite with the family.

Always too much gristle to be bit into. I don't normally buy because of it, but these days you get beef where you can. Living in Iowa spoils one to good meat.

This massive roll of 90% ground beef is a fantastic value for the money. My wife separated it into smaller containers and now we have enough maneagable sizes for various dishes.

The package said it was 10.05 pounds of ground beef. I made 1/4 pound Pattie’s out of it and only got 31 of them, when I should’ve gotten 40. This was for a family picnic and we ended up short over 2 lb of burgers (2.25lb to be exact).
