Always too much gristle to be bit into. I don't normally buy because of it, but these days you get beef where you can. Living in Iowa spoils one to good meat.

This massive roll of 90% ground beef is a fantastic value for the money. My wife separated it into smaller containers and now we have enough maneagable sizes for various dishes.

Too much grissel and hard bones in the meat, not the first time either, it’s happened many times, getting tired of it going to buy it somewhere else. Tired of wasting my money on me that is not any good because too much bones in it..

I have never regretted purchasing any meat more than I did the last time I purchased this ground beef. There were lots of bone fragments in the meat and so much gristle that the meat is unusuable.

The package said it was 10.05 pounds of ground beef. I made 1/4 pound Pattie’s out of it and only got 31 of them, when I should’ve gotten 40. This was for a family picnic and we ended up short over 2 lb of burgers (2.25lb to be exact).

We buy these then separate into 1lb bags at home to stick in the deli freezer until we need them. Ends up being much cheaper than buying 1lb at a time.

Love the meat hate the store. Actually, it's not the stores fault. It's the people that run it. Customer Service is dead in America and it started Dying at Sam's.

This cooks up like 80% or less. It has more water in it than meat. The steam that cooks out of this hamburger makes me think I paid for 3lbs of water.

The label says 90/10 but what you receive is 85/15 or even could be 80/20. I have purchased many of these 90/10 tubes of meat over the past year and I have never had to drain any fat out because of how lean it was. That changed today. Today I purchased and cooked the meat. The amount of fat that rendered out of the meat was unbelievable. I had to double check the label that what I had was 90/10. I'm never buying again. I feel like I've been cheated out of money by paying more for leaner 90/10 ground beef but receiving ground beef with a much higher fat percentage 😕
