Large beef hotdog that taste wonderful.

For as lean as it was supposed to be, it seemed to have a lot of fat when I cooked it up. It was not like other 90% lean burger I've had. Hopefully, they aren't cheating. It certainly wasn't as much fat as 80% lean would have been, but usually 90% has almost no juice left when you slow-brown it.

Have bought this before and it was great. However, the last roll I bought was more like 70/30 max, probably 65/35, and full of gristle and bone. Absolutely gross. I had immediately vacuum packed it in 1 lb packages, and could see it was very high fat. Not until I thawed one out did I realize the amount of bone and gristle. The second pound I thawed and used, I tried to pick out the fat globs and hard pieces before making my meatloaf. Still the first bite I took had an unchewable piece of something in it. Now I am stuck with 8 pounds of inedible meat. I thought about taking it to coworkers who struggle to buy food, but I am embarrassed to give it to them. I won't buy this again from Sam's. It should be illegal to sell this as 90/10 ground beef

We always buy the 90% lean ground meat it’s always a hit and miss sometimes it is full of chunks and chunks of fat other time is leading the way it should be. Meat products at Sam’s is a hit and miss sometimes you get a good quality piece to meet another time you get poor quality. I don’t think it’s right that Sam’s brings the product and frozen defrosted it and put it in the counter and then when you take it home and freeze it and when you go to Cook it is full of nothing but water

Good value. It's a bit hard because you need to divide and repackage soon. There's very little grease and good flavor.

I've tried numerous stores in my area for ground beef at similar pricing and this is the best one and only place i shop for meats

Use this for smash burgers. Great taste and the large tube makes it easy to separate and put in freezer.

Sams I dont know what changed but this tube from Harbison,SC was disgusting. This was not 90/10 hamburger, it was tendons, veins, skin any filler you could drop in and grind trying to make the burger further. I didn’t pay the price for fillers that as I cooked for hotdog chili I’m having to fish out pieces

I broke this down into smaller packages. I regret it as we are now using it and noticing bone fragments and some type of foreign object. it resembles paper or something similar. I wished I did not break it up and freeze it as I definitely would have returned it. I believe thisay be isolated as I know others who did not have this problem.
