Meat was good quality. I made 8 quarter-lb burgers, a 2 lb meatloaf and 4 packages of 1 lb browned beef for future meals.

Great value, easy to repackage and cooks up nicely. Sam's has got great prices on their ground beef, and I've never had bad quality beef from there.

This 10# of 90/10 ground beef makes about 40 quarter pound patties. I use a hamburger press that makes uniform size.

90% Lean, great taste. I break this roll into 1-2 pound packages and freeze. Easy way to save money. The taste is as good as ground sirloin.

So lean you'll have to add some kind of fat to fry it. Made fabulous meatloaf and chili wit it already.

good quality meat not greasy. sucks beef keeps going up. I remember when these for 37-40 bucks. but still a better deal then grocery stores
