The first couple we ordered were fine, but the last one had so much grizzle and hard bits that can't even be chewed. We are trying so hard to make it through the rest of it so it's not money wasted.

Why does the math not add up on any of the price-per-pound vs the listed price?

I can remember when you could get this roll for 30 bucks now it's over priced and the quality has changed

This beef is that we normally buy and usually it is good. However this purchase there was so much grisel in the meat that I kept picking out. It was not good. Not sure what happened.

The meat is perfectly fine. The only reason I reviewed as a 4 instead of 5 is the packaging. I personally prefer smaller packaging to make it easier to freeze small portions.

I've bought these tubed several times but last couple from Rome, GA Sams have not been 90-10. They were probably not even 80-20 as the amount of grease was awful.

The last few months we’ve e been getting 90/10 ground beef chubs and noticed that more fat is needing to be drained off after cooking. It’s more like 80/20 instead of 90/10. What’s going on Sam’s Club???!!!

We have bought this ground beef for several years and have been pleased until recently. The past 3 rolls, we use one roll a month, have had chunks of gristle and pieces of bone in them. Cannot recommend and we stop buying.

It's an excel product so no complaints there. It's good quality beef and comes from a state knowingn for beef. The problem is that the price is outrageous compared to a different store that carries this exact same item.

There is absolutely NO WAY this is 90/10. Yes the price is great for what you get but we stocked up and we are tempted to throw out what’s left. When cooked it’s mushy and gross - and alot of fat comes off.
