Always great looking meat and less fat. Pkg averages about 10 lbs and we can put up to 10 packages in refrigerator.

This burger is delicious. It is 90/10 and easy to cut and make into burgers or freeze into 1# packages.

Generally the 10lb chubs are great. However I was sent one that was going to expire the next day. Order pickers really need to check dates
