I will never buy my ground beef any other way. the giant slub is the only way to go! My wife divides it up and puts it in gallon baggies and beats it with a rolling pin until flat. It’s amazing to witness.

Had a butcher tell me the only difference between these and the square packages is the square packages are ground a second time to make the “pretty squiggles.” And the other packages are more expensive.

I like the fact that I can purchase a lean 90 percent meat and 10 percent fat. I like the lea. I have purchase the 80/20 which is good also but I like the 90/10 better, Great for hamburger steaks, etc.

The quality is garbage. I honestly don’t think I’ve had worse ground beef in my life. I used to swear by this but it’s complete garbage now. Would spend a dollar on this tbh. Save your money people

We buy ground beef in the roll, when we can’t find it in the package at Sam’s. Not something we prefer, but when they don’t have what we need, what can we do.

What’s with the price - it’s a bulk chub of ground beef. Historically people prefer loins and left stuff like this to basically dog food. This is wild. It should be back to 1.99lb otherwise keep it. Never tasted great anyway

Compared to a local butcher it’s not as good in taste, but it is still sufficient. It might be because Sam’s uses coloring whereas the butcher doesn’t.

It's a good quality tube of ground meat. 90/10 so add some bacon fat or avocado oil to frypan. A few cents more than the 80/10 but worth it so you can choose your own cooking oil/fat

The beef is good, but you have no idea how much you are getting. I was shocked to have about 10 lbs of beef. There are 2 of us and they is way too much.

So much cheaper than buying a pound every week at the grocery store. My husband and I just weighed out 10 separate pounds, bagged them, and threw them in the freezer. It has been super convenient to always have ground beef on hand.
