Usually I don’t eat ground beef because it always upsets my stomach, it seats good to my stomach, almost no. Fat at all . I use it for my food business, clients love my beef turnovers and picadillo

Decent quality at a good price. A little bit of a pain in having to split it up (into 1lb blocks) for the freezer as it takes us a few weeks to go through it all.

This is some of the best ground beef we have had in a long time!! I would definitely give it a try, but just a warning, you will not want to buy ground beef anywhere else afterwards!!

I like the fact that I can purchase a lean 90 percent meat and 10 percent fat. I like the lea. I have purchase the 80/20 which is good also but I like the 90/10 better, Great for hamburger steaks, etc.

We always buy this 90/10 ground beef. Its a great value and always so fresh! It makes so many meals for our family. In these days,where everything is so expensive, it works for our budget.

Great ground beef at a great price. I separate meat into one and two pound packages, flatten and release all air. They freeze and thaw out quicker, as well as stores better in freezer. We never run out of ground beef. The fat ratio is perfect.

It's a good quality tube of ground meat. 90/10 so add some bacon fat or avocado oil to frypan. A few cents more than the 80/10 but worth it so you can choose your own cooking oil/fat

I was skeptical of the revised claiming the Sam’s tube meat is great quality but with the price I wanted to give it a try. The 90% lean meat is excellent quality, producing minimal grease and great taste when cooked!

The quality has decreased as significantly as the price increased. Tons of extra fat, gristle and stringy white bits (arteries?) are being included in the package.

I love to buy the ground meat from Sam's! It's always fresh, it tastes great, and I can get the lower fat content that I prefer. Buying it in bulk saves us money, we just divide it up at home before freezing.
