I have trouble cutting through it. I have trouble chewing it. Cleanup was a breeze. I only had to clean the spattered fat off the stove top, the counter, the floor, and the wall behind the stove. Relatively easy to squeeze the rest out of the patties and pan with about 10 paper towels. I have 9 pounds in my freezer I may never eat. Might be fun on an outdoor grill. I have regrets.

I specifically like the chub packaging. It's easy to handle for large recipes. I cannot speak on the taste or quality of the meat because I haven't tried it myself. I use it to make homemade dog food for my 95 lb german shepherd who cannot eat processed kibble. He hasn't had any digestive issues with the beef recipe I prepare and the beef recipe is his favorite of three different meat recipes. So... if it makes my four legged baby happy, I'm happy.

It’s definitely 90% fat, free, and anyone who is conscious of fat in their diet definitely should buy this. The only thing is trying to cut burger size patties. I normally buy the prime rib burgers, but lately they don’t have them only the prime rib sliders, so I tried this and as I said it is 90% that free so and that respect they’re great. It was just hard to keep a consistency of size when cutting.

Kind of a pain to fit in fridge until repackaging for freezer, but love the price when we can get it. Last visit they did not have a single Chub when they opened for us early plus members a couple days ago. It was a Tuesday, but still, many items are out. SC was a lifesaver during the pandemic for us. Thank you everyone at Sam's Club, for all you do.

I love getting this giant chub of lean ground beef. When I get it home, I break it out and put it in freezer Ziploc’s flatten it out and stack it up in the freezer. It keeps really well it’s great for burgers and any other ground beef recipe you can think of.

extremely disappointed. the price went up and the quantity went WAY down! shame on you Sam's club!! charging for 90/10 and giving 70/30 at best. huge chunks of fat. I'm not sure if there are new people working the meat department at Jordan Landing Sam's that don't know what they're doing or what the problem is, but I've been buying this same type of meat roll for years and never had this issue until the last few months. so disappointed!

The label says 90/10 but what you receive is 85/15 or even could be 80/20. I have purchased many of these 90/10 tubes of meat over the past year and I have never had to drain any fat out because of how lean it was. That changed today. Today I purchased and cooked the meat. The amount of fat that rendered out of the meat was unbelievable. I had to double check the label that what I had was 90/10. I'm never buying again. I feel like I've been cheated out of money by paying more for leaner 90/10 ground beef but receiving ground beef with a much higher fat percentage 😕

I split this into 5 equal parts for 2lb bags of meat and freeze so that I don't have to go to the store constantly. We love this meat as it is more lean but not at all dry! Perfect for hamburgers, but not greasy when making spaghetti, chili, burritos, etc. Best thing I have done is switch from the packages to the roll!

I have purchased this for years. When browning the 90/10 it used to have very little fluid to drain in the pan, now one pound has over 1/4 cup watery fluid. This started in the past year. Other than that it’s excellent quality hamburger, red all the way through when I cut and vac seal it. Taste gear. Will keep buying.

This is the only ground beef I buy! Its low in fat, can be split up into several meals! I usually split mine up into 2 lb bags and freeze. Although i do have a rather big family, we generally use it up quickly. This is really good for the big pot of chilly I make for my family and friends! Its the best quality we can find around here and its not expensive! I absolutely recommend anyone to buy this ground beef! I buy it at least a couple times a month!
