Replaced a regular drip makes with this. Now I can get nicely brewed coffee on work days, when I do not have the time to do a manual pour over. The schedule function is nice, though connecting through the app can be occasionally sluggish. The single cup feature does have a downside. None of my commuter cups fit under the filter, so when I transfer to my cup, there are invariably drips to clean up. A minor hassle.

Just received the Aiden a few days ago. My initial experience has been favorable. I have noticed the best results from using the cone filter. I primarily use various pour-over methods to brew my coffee, but will now use the Aiden in the mix due to the quality and ease of use. Great. job Fellow!

The Fellow Aiden coffee maker delivers the perfect balance of pour-over quality with the convenience of an instant coffee machine. The flavor it produces is rich and complex, just like a manual pour-over, but without the time and effort. It's sleek, intuitive, and makes every cup taste like it was brewed by a barista. Highly recommend for anyone who wants gourmet coffee at home without the math!

I've been using my Aiden since receiving it last week and I'm loving the coffee it makes. The controls are very intuitive and I especially like how easy it is to just make one cup of coffee. I only wish the plug laid flat against the wall so the unit could be pushed closer to the wall and didn't occupy so much counter space.

Excellent machine! Pour over quality coffee, consistent, elegant. And with the features to dial in brews to the nearest degree, bloom time, and pulses, I think this paired with the fellow drops program is the best idea to scale specialty coffee brewing. Beautiful vision of fellow regarding the combination of brewing machines, grinders, and excellent coffee. This company understands the importance of optimizing products to enhance the entire experience from bean to brew.

Sleek and substantial coffee maker! I was looking for a coffee maker with a lower profile that did not release giant clouds of steam, as my 1926 kitchen was recently remodeled and I did not want to damage my new wood cabinets. I've been pleasantly surprised about the versatility of Aiden and that it delivers excellent tasting coffee every single time. If you're hesitating - don't! Aiden is absolutely worth it.

I was an avid chemex user that enjoyed taking my time making coffee. Things changed and I found myself rushing the process and that resulted in mediocre coffee so I started researching alternatives. I finally decided to purchase the Aiden coffee maker and I'm really glad i did. The coffee is great, consistent and I can still customize the experience to satisfy my urge to tinker. I still use my chemex on the weekends but the Aiden is my weekday workhorse. I've also love making cold brew with the Aiden.

We have adored our Aiden!! We use it for both single cup pour overs and large pots when we have company over—both versions taste like the chemex pots and v60s we make! I love the ability to hone in every detail for both pots and cups of coffee—it's been such a great addition to our coffee obsessed home :)

The Fellow Aiden Precision Coffee Maker has been an excellent addition to my kitchen. It produces coffee comparable to that made by a skilled barista, with precise control over temperature and pour. This machine has truly elevated my at-home brewing experience, making it consistent and effortless. Highly recommended for coffee enthusiasts. It is a game changer!

Our household has been loving the Fellow Aiden. The coffee comes out great, and the customizations you can dial in are awesome. I am an obsessive on researching before I buy and this purchase has lived up to expectations. The Aiden destroys everything at this price. If you're on the fence, just buy it and thank me later.
