I bought a second one. I have one for the home one for my boat. However the first Aiden had water sensor issues, Fellow replaced it and the same thing happened with the replacement. I have a ticket in support now on the replacement. Support is very slow to reach. Fellow current Aiden has a new water filter system on the base. Not sure but I believe Fellow has also change manufactures.

I'm primarily a pour-over person and have ONLY been using the single-serve basket. But the brews I've been making with it have been excellent. And I do a pour-over with the same beans, same grind, same water temp to compare the results with. And, each and every time, the Aiden has tasted as good or better than my handmade brew. So I'm very pleased with it. I did create a couple of brew profiles based on my pour-over process and that's what I use the most. And, again, the results have been great. I'll get some beans from the Fellow Drops in a few weeks (after I use up the four bags of specialty coffee I bought for Christmas (Merry Christmas to me!) and I'll use one of the Fellow Drops brew profiles. I will have to make myself use the batch brew basket as I just don't typically make batches. But with the holidays, I'm sure I will have to at some point because of folks visiting. I was very skeptical about buying this brewer. I toiled over the decision for probably 3 months. In hindsight, I'm glad I pulled the trigger and bought it. I'm very pleased. It doesn't hurt that it looks very nice on the counter next to my Fellow Ode Gen 2 and my Fellow Stagg EKG kettle. An impressive setup for sure.

It's been about a month with the Fellow Aiden. Overall, great coffee. I echo a lot of folks sentiment regarding the handle on the carafe - simply not great, and just waiting for the handle to break. Please upgrade this and make available to customers.

Good coffee maker. It brews quickly, about 10 cups at a time, with mostly useful controls that are augmented by an App you can use. It's made of good quality materials and has temperature control for precise brewing. That said, there is no keep warm heating pad so coffee will be suboptimal temperature within 30 minutes to an hour. The UI/UX screen gets cut off by the circular display as it was meant for a square. The app is mediocre; somewhat annoying to use and doesn't have a brew now feature exactly.

I love the look of my machine, and have enjoyed the coffee what's I got my new measurements down. My biggest complaint is the length it stays hot. I understand they don't want to scorch it with a bottom burner - but the insulation should be better. If I sleep passed the brew time or get my second cup later - it's just not hot. Disappointing for the price to not have hot enough coffee.

We love our coffee maker. Easy to use. Coffee tastes great. I bring the coffee pot up to the bedroom and drink coffee in bed while checking my phone, watching the news, etc. My only complaint, is that no matter how fast or slow i pour my coffee, it makes a mess. Especially, the fuller the carafe is. The design is flawed.

Makes a great cup, but at this price the amount of plastic coupled with a carafe and lid that are not dishwasher safe is a big bummer.

We've been using the coffeemaker for about two weeks now with mixed results. It seems very complicated to get a good cup of coffee. I hade to buy a scale to weigh ground coffee to get reasonable results and even then it's been inconsistent and messy. It seems very fussy with regard to filters and grind. Perhaps with more experience it will work out. It's too messy and fussy for my wife to use, she has resumed microwaving Starbucks via packs… Overall I'd have to say Im disappointed. Maybe we'll get the hang of it but somehow making a good cup of coffee should not require this much effort. I might go back to pour overs for most days.

The first 2 pots of coffee were great! Unfortunately, when I tried to make the third pot I received “close lid” error despite the lid being closed. Not a great start for a machine I was very excited about. Hopefully, Fellow will rectify this issue for me quickly.

Pretty bummed on this coffee brewer. Overall it makes ok coffee. But, the coffee carafe doesn't keep the coffee hot longer than MAYBE 45 minutes and just the way the set up is designed, your first cup is super weak and the last cup is like the crack super octane sludge. Its output of coffee for water used as well is really weird. The only thing I can really equate that to is what I consider a standard cup of coffee, so that's just an interesting learning curve. The actual app is pretty basic. I'm not sure what I expected but it's pretty cut and dry regarding functionality. The one thing that drives me nuts from a design standpoint though is the controls on the actual machine. WHY the circle screen when the layout of your text and field selections doesn't even fit??? I'm not sure what I was expecting regarding how the overall coffee maker was constructed but for some reason I just expected it to have a heating element to keep the pot warm with a temp control. But, it just makes me constantly feel like I have to pound 2 cups of coffee to ensure temperature is where I want my coffee otherwise I always have to put the second cup into the microwave, which is unfortunate for any coffee lover. At any rate, for the price I think I just expected a bit more out of this machine in a number of aspects. I still prefer just making a pour over at this point. But I guess this machine will work fine when we have company over.
