Phenomenal machine. Would recommend to anyone who wants similar hand pour over quality but doesn't always have the time for a full stagg set up and pour. Also awesome just for a batch

I have had this about two weeks now and couldn't be happier. It makes the best home brewed coffee I have ever had.

I've had the Aiden for a little over a week. We love it. We graduated to better beans when we realized how much we were spending at the now iconic coffee chain each month. We thought we could buy premium beans and make our own on our Mr. Coffee coffee maker. That was three years ago, and it has been working marvelously. We find ourselves waiting to get home and make coffee the way we want it rather than paying a premium and hoping the barista gets our order right. Recently, we've been wondering if we could improve our quality by upgrading our coffee maker. The ones we wanted were very expensive, which made us hesitate. Then we heard about the Aiden and decided to give it a try. We knew of the quality of other Fellow products and believed this new maker would follow suit. We are not disappointed. There's a bit of a learning curve, but it's not intimidating and lends itself well to making our coffee brewing a bit of a ritual. The payoff for this is one of the best cups of coffee we've ever had...bar none! Right here in our home! The customizable profiles are easily implemented, and the onscreen menus are easy to follow. We have yet to try new beans and are bowled over by how much better our coffee is using our old beans, which come from Haiti. The app is not yet fully functional, but we're eager for that to happen. The machine is a great value considering what it does and the price paid. I would be interested in an all-stainless steel model at some point in the future, fully understanding that it would command a premium over this version. The coffee it makes is that good! Next up? A premium grinder!!

Unfortunately, the Aiden just falls way short of my expectations. I have been using a Chemex pour over for years and am very comfortable dialing grinds and getting the best flavor from each cup. I simply cannot find a setting that works for me on this brewer. Each cup comes out flavorless with no aroma, and all acid. I love the build, the quality, the settings and customization, that automation, but it doesn't work for me if I can't get a good cup of coffee out of it. I'm still a fan of Fellow products and have been using the Stagg kettle, the Stagg XF pour over, the Carter mug, and the Atmos canister. I'm not new to the world of Fellow and have been a huge fan. From reviews I've read, I'm certainly alone or in a very small group. Maybe I have to be fully committed to the ecosystem and get their Ode grinder too in order to enjoy the Aiden. Sadly, I'll be returning this one but I truly appreciate the research and development that has gone into this machine.

I have obviously been waiting all year to get my hands on this machine. And it has loved up to all the hype! Beautifully matched with my Ode grinder and takes up a smaller footprint than expected let's this be my newest kitchen counter staple. The process for getting a great cup is simple and the shift from my single serving to a pot for the crew is just a easy. I am stoked to try out the special Aiden roasts with their custom brew options.

I love the esthetic of all Fellow designs. The Aiden is easy to use and so far I have loved it. I am a bit disappointed that it seems a bit "cheap" in the construction and the pot does not keep coffee really hot for long. Berville is better construction and quality BUT it doesn't look at nice.

I've tried a number of pour over machines over the years and have always returned them after trying to get something close to a pour over quality coffee out of them. This machine is amazing. I think the single cup configuration yields better coffee than multi cup but in love that it has the flexibility to handle both. The level of configurability is amazing and the design is incredibly well thought out. I also love that fellow drops have the config for you. I would love it if there was a way to download coffee configs. It seems like this is intended to be there because some coffees have magically shown up but not all of them. I assume this is a software thing that'll improve and even if it doesn't it's super easy to load a config or just use one of the generic ones (e.g., light roast) and get a great cup with no effort.

I received the Aiden a few weeks ago and really do love it. It's a great looking machine with many wonderful features and it makes great coffee. I love the one cup feature. I did not give it 5 stars because the carafe does not keep the coffee hot for very long. Looking forward to the app features.

This is a well engineered product with a delightfully minimalist design by coffee nerds, for coffee nerds. You get the convenience without falling below the coffee nerd minimum expectations of quality. It is a good deal for its price. Though I don't think it's revolutionary, or some kind of leap forward when it comes to residential batch brewers. It edges the competition in quality of brew, and tweakability. That's good, and enough. I don't know why Fellow is doubling down with the marketing narrative of even professionals (baristas, roasters) cannot tell apart an Aiden brew from pour over. This is simply not the case. Over the 3 weeks of my ownership, I never managed to get a satisfactory "clean cup" from Aiden, where it's easily achievable, with all three gift beans that came with the machine. What you get is equivalent to a really good batch brew from a coffee shop that really cares. This alone puts Aiden above everything I tried so far and I can be happy with it.

It looks intimidating to use BUT it is actually easy and helps you make a the most amazing cup of coffee ever. Hoping the app will be even more informative and able to do more in the future
