I have only had this for a week, and I have had no time to explore the many features of this machine. So I am here to say that I am delighted by the "Instant Brew" setting. I just press a button and get excellent coffee. I hope to broaden my horizons at a later date.

I have been enjoying our Aiden since earlier this year. I love the functionality between batch and single brews. This is convenient and saves a lot of cost on wasted coffee. The black color is great, but if the green existed and launch I would have gotten that one. The brew process is simple and makes great coffee. Get a Fellow grinder and a scale to tune into Aiden's recommendation for the amount of coffee. Fellow drops is great for this! Would buy again! Fully satisfied owner.

I have had countless coffees made using countless methods. The best and most consistent coffee I have had was when I made my own using the Chemex pour over. I had it down to a science, from water temp, to bloom time to everything else. But it was tedious! The Fellow Aiden does all that I did automatically! I can even change the settings to exactly match what I did manually! And the coffee is absolutely perfect! And at the end of the day, that's all that matters. Because, as us coffee connoisseurs know, coffee is the most important meal of the day! Side note - it's January 4th, 10:20 in the morning, and I wrote this while having my second cup from my Aiden maker! Who's better than me! :)

The Fellow Aiden is a total upgrade from my old drip machine. It nails the perfect brew temp, the bloom cycle brings out way more flavor, and I love scheduling my coffee from bed with the app. The thermal carafe keeps it hot for hours without scorching the coffee. I can't recommend it enough! 10/10 Buy it!!

I had my eye on this coffee pot, and compared to others. Do not hesitate to purchase this. It is well worth it. Complex but so simple to use and the end product result is pour over quality in an automatic application. It comes preset with their recommended settings but you can tweak it as much as you want to dial it in to your preferences and liking.

Just received the Aiden a few days ago. My initial experience has been favorable. I have noticed the best results from using the cone filter. I primarily use various pour-over methods to brew my coffee, but will now use the Aiden in the mix due to the quality and ease of use. Great. job Fellow!

Easily switching from single serve to batch brew in one unit is great. Whether single or batch, the performance doesn't suffer. The preset brew profiles for the roasts are extracting flavors I was not getting with my pourover setup (skill issue?). Lastly, the materials do not seem premium, but when compared to the prices and materials of other products in their lineup, it seems this was built to deliver amazing technology (in an okay chassis) at a reasonable price.

As soon as I saw the pre-order notice, back in April I think, I bought this coffee maker because I knew that Fellow would not let me down. It looks beautiful, and the coffee is even better. It took me a few tried to dial in the profile for my preferred beans, but now it is the absolute best. A few things aren't quite ready yet: the app is feature-less. I can't wait until I can use it to create profiles instead of the UI on the machine (which can be kinda' fiddly). The machine shipped with 3 Fellow coffees, which smelled amazing in bean form and came with their own profiles that I cannot see or edit. Following their profiles makes an under-extracted coffee if I try for a large pot, e.g. 9oz or more. For a single cup, the profile is perfect and the brew is amazing.

Really nicely designed machine, works really well. The coffee is great. The web experience is not well crafted. The carafe stains easily, and I would suggest a rethink of the water reservoir, it is a bit skinny. Overall I appreciate the machine and the work put into it. Thanks!

The good: The sealing for the brew chamber is awesome to avoid steam pouring out. The profiles and scheduling are great! Coffee has been excellent Build quality very solid The less good: App is currently useless which was a big problem initially. Brew profiles are good but more control over pulse size or flow rate would have been even better! The lack of those but inclusion of temperature control per pulse seems like it's a hardware limitation and not something that would ever come via software update. Todo list for fellow: Please get the app out there ASAP Having Instant Brew based on the basket inserted rather than having to be set for one or the other would be great! Please please please open the API the app uses for smart home integration!
