Been doing pour over for a while but wanted something like this for ages to be able to make a pot and retain the same quality as my single cup pour over - this machine nailed it. Loving the Guided Brew option for those in the house that are not as into making coffee - giving simple steps and amounts to use make it easy for a beginner to make a great pot of coffee or if you want just a single cup that too! The only downside I can see is that my coffee consumption will be going up as a result of this machine. The flavors are great and looking forward to more features in the app. The attention to detail - like the rubber seal on the brewing area to not allow steam to escape in case you have this place under cabinets in the kitchen - what a great idea. Set up was simple and also not having proprietary filters is great. Standard sized ones work for either the single cup or pot methods. Is it more expensive than other drip machines - of course - because this is not a drip machine - and if you enjoy a well brewed cup/pot of coffee this is well worth the price. Easy to fill water container that unmounts from machine, but also can be remounted with very little vertical clearance (again an under the cabinet situation that was well thought out), includes baskets for pot and single cup, great thermal carafe, included starter filters that are easily replaced by normal store bought ones commonly found in the supermarket, an app that will allow you to use other coffee profiles (from other users I believe) ... this thing deserves all the praise it gets.

One week into ownership and I am blown away. The coffee is outstanding. I've been making a pour-over daily for 10 years with premium coffee and all fellow products- and I think this does a better job. Friends who have tasted coffee have been super impressed. Fun and easy to use. As someone who enjoys the process of making coffee (but has kids and things to do in the morning), this strikes the perfect balance of automation without completely removing the user from the process of making coffee every morning.

Aiden is an excellent coffee maker and makes brewing both large and small amounts of coffee nearly perfectly truly brainless. The UX with the display could use a little work, with the dial bob not always registering every click on a 1-to-1 basis and going backwards in the menu is a bit of a drag, but you get used to it fairly quickly and I rarely find myself needing to make more than a couple of clicks to get the brew going.

I know I haven't uncovered all the features/benefits yet, but it's already SO WORTH IT! The coffee is delicious, it's so easy to use, and it looks wonderful on my counter. I never thought I would find a batch brew machine like this that gives me such tasty coffee. ALSO, setting it up at night on a schedule and waking up in the morning to that smell is so nice!

Got this a couple of weeks ago. It took me a little time to find the right ratios and what not. However, that's mostly because I love to experiment. It's worth knowing that it also made a fantastic cup of coffee from the get go (personally I think it recommends more coffee than necessary, but to each their own!). It looks beautiful, has very helpful instructions (seriously, nothing to be intimidated by), creates a wonderful cup of coffee, and being able to set it for the AM is a game changer for me. I honestly can't think of a single thing I'd ask to change. They deliver on everything they advertise, which given the price-point, I expected to have some complaints... but I don't! Highly recommend.

I'm actually a bit disappointed with this product. It looks great on my countertop... kinda like a rectangular, black Death Star. However, like the Death Star, it is not yet fully operational. My first cup of coffee, using the "Instant Brew" setting was over extracted and bitter. I was previously using the Chemex Ottomatic 2.0 and, I have to say, it makes a better pot of coffee. Over the following week, I was able to fiddle with the settings and get something a bit closer to the Chemex, but still not as delicate and tasty. Part of the problem is that, without app functionality, messing with the brew settings is just too much hassle. I'm honestly a bit shocked Fellow released this product (even for limited pre-ordering) without a functional app. The whole purpose - the entire selling point for this product - are the many ways you can customize the brewing profiles. And it's just too fiddly to spend 20 minutes hunkered over my counter top setting up new brewing profiles. Hopefully, once the app is fully functional (sometime in "Fall of 2024"... of which there are only 7 weeks remaining), I'll be able to make a pot of coffee that rivals the Chemex.

I'm new to pour over, have been using an espresso machine for 5 years and recently got the itch to try something new after sampling some new beans at Drip! in NYC. Now I'm fully down the rabbit hole of light roasts and recipes and Aiden is the perfect companion. I've had 98% tasty cups, ease of brewing and quality of the cup stand out.

This machine makes incredible coffee. I love the design details, the user interface, and the endless options for adjusting brewing parameters. Love the indestructible carafe and removable water tank. The only place this product loses points for me is the length of time the carafe keeps coffee warm - it's 30 min - not hours as advertised. However, it doesn't burn the coffee as it sits and is far superior to other coffee makers I've tried.

The **Fellow Aiden pour-over machine** is hands down the most amazing coffee machine I've ever used. I have an instant coffee machine, an espresso machine, and even an AeroPress, but this one tops them all. Whether it's **light, medium, dark roast**, or even **cold brew**, the coffee from the Aiden is consistently outstanding. The flavors are vibrant and well-balanced, and the brewing experience is incredibly user-friendly. From its sleek design to the ease of adjusting brew settings, it's clear that Fellow has put serious thought into every detail. You can brew anywhere from a few cups up to 10, which is a game changer if you want to scale for different occasions. The **app integration** is also an exciting feature, and I'm looking forward to more software updates that will make this machine even better. Overall, this machine scores a solid **10/10** in every category for me. If you're serious about coffee, the Fellow Aiden is a must-have.

Would buy again. It has been amazing to be able to program in different pulses and such. I actually setup a James Hoffmann pour over style profile and it did it perfectly. Honestly makes a better cup than i do, and I've been doing pour over style coffee for about 12 years now haha
