It was absolutely worth the wait. This coffee maker makes exceptional coffee. I love the preset brew profiles for the presale coffees, and I'm looking forward to more of that in the future. I've barely scratched the surface on customizing my profiles, but I love the options. I've done one batch of cold brew, and it made a pretty good ready-to-drink cold brew. To be fair, the beans I used weren't ideal. Excited to try a different bean and customize settings a bit. I was worried that upgrading from another well-regarded but much simpler high-end coffee maker was silly, but I have no regrets. I was pour-over only for so long, but three kids has made an automatic drip a near necessity. My old brewer was great, but this brings back some of the fun of tinkering that pour over provided. To top it off, it looks so clean on the counter. I love that it matches the matte black aesthetic of my Ode grinder, Stagg kettle, and Atmos container. Great job on this thing Fellow!

Where do I start… I pre-ordered this on day one and it was so worth the five month wait! I wanted a machine to consistently make a pour over day in and day out, without the errors of a human. I was in the coffee industry for five years and no one can be as consistent as the Aiden. The fact that brew profiles can be customized or downloaded from roasters with how they intended the coffee to be brewed is genius, it really makes you feel closer to the coffee! The Aiden is the perfect machine for anyone, and especially so for those coffee enthusiasts. The Aiden makes the most fun and tasty cup of coffee each and every morning! I've owned all of Fellow's brewing products and this one is no different - high quality, well thought through, absolutely stunning, and reliable. Keep it up Fellow, you're doing amazing!

This was hyped up as being a good drip coffee maker that would simplify doing precise temperatures and profiles and it doesn't disappoint at all. This was worth the money. The ability to go between batch brew and single serve brewing is very welcoming and the fact that you are able to get the precise measurements for grounds needed and how much water it'll use is awesome. All of it is awesome and I recommend to anyone that is looking for simplified drip brewing.

I've had the machine since last Saturday. I'm enjoying getting to know it. I have strayed from the standard profiles a little, but the coffee has always been good, and mostly excellent. I go to bed looking forward to waking up to this little piece of Brutalist architecture on my kitchen counter, and the pour over quality coffee it produces.

I've had my Aiden for almost a week now. I have a Moccamaster that I'm replacing. I never seemed to be able to dial it in consistency for a good cup of coffee. With the Aiden it has been much easier to hit that sweet spot for the perfect brew. I have been using a medium roast so far and haven't tried a light roast yet. That seems to be the trickiest for me. I'm no Barista by far so a machine that can help me make a consistent good cup is what I was looking for. So far I think this has done what I have hoped. Thank you Fellow!

This thing does it all, and well! If you are just looking for a single cup brewer or a batch brewer or a cold brewer, then you can probably find one that is comparable and cheaper. BUT if you want something that can do it all and easily, then look no further!!

This is a great coffee coffee maker, sleek and matches the aesthetic of our fellow grinder and kettle. Love the ability to dial in exact specifications, brew ratios, bloom times and temperatures, and number of pulses. Also cool features that you can use their suggested brews with the Fellow Drops.

Coffee tastes great. Aiden foot print is a decent size, not a huge machine on the counter. I'm a little confused as to the yield on this machine. We have used the fellow pour over system for years. We always use the brew assist on the scale. I would have thought the measurements would have been the same with this machine. On the Aiden brew assist using the same ratio for two cups did not yield the same amount of coffee. On the Aiden we have to select 4 cups to yield the same as the pour over system scale/carafe yield. I would have thought they would be the same since it's all Fellow. Overall happy with the purchase.

Amazing coffee maker. It's very intuitive and makes incredible coffee. I love the cold brew option and being able to set it to brew at a future time. I don't love that you need to drink the coffee right away because it won't stay warm in the pot. That would be my only feedback. Otherwise it's amazing!

Love it so far. Great coffee, reproducible results, and easy to use/clean. I've done single and batch with great results. This is the first coffee maker I've been willing to purchase in years and I'm glad I waited! Looking forward to the app being fully functional but already enjoying it as-is.
