There isn't much that I like better than a good cup of coffee. When I saw this on preorder, I knew I had to have one. This is one of my favorite coffee purchases. I've used it everyday since receiving it. This makes some of the best coffee and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The **Fellow Aiden pour-over machine** is hands down the most amazing coffee machine I've ever used. I have an instant coffee machine, an espresso machine, and even an AeroPress, but this one tops them all. Whether it's **light, medium, dark roast**, or even **cold brew**, the coffee from the Aiden is consistently outstanding. The flavors are vibrant and well-balanced, and the brewing experience is incredibly user-friendly. From its sleek design to the ease of adjusting brew settings, it's clear that Fellow has put serious thought into every detail. You can brew anywhere from a few cups up to 10, which is a game changer if you want to scale for different occasions. The **app integration** is also an exciting feature, and I'm looking forward to more software updates that will make this machine even better. Overall, this machine scores a solid **10/10** in every category for me. If you're serious about coffee, the Fellow Aiden is a must-have.

The good: The sealing for the brew chamber is awesome to avoid steam pouring out. The profiles and scheduling are great! Coffee has been excellent Build quality very solid The less good: App is currently useless which was a big problem initially. Brew profiles are good but more control over pulse size or flow rate would have been even better! The lack of those but inclusion of temperature control per pulse seems like it's a hardware limitation and not something that would ever come via software update. Todo list for fellow: Please get the app out there ASAP Having Instant Brew based on the basket inserted rather than having to be set for one or the other would be great! Please please please open the API the app uses for smart home integration!

Just received this coffee maker. The coffee it makes is excellent, however the carafe has serious design flaws with openings on the top and pour spout. As a result the coffee is not hot after 20 minutes. It is advertised to stay hot for hours however this is false. For us- this makes the coffee maker a failure.

I've had this machine now for a couple of weeks. I honestly don't taste a difference in my daily morning brew compared to that of my Keurig. It's not bad tasting. But nothing special either. I do love the assisted brew feature. Takes all of the guess work out of preparing my coffee.

Aiden exceeded my expectations. This has produced a great cup of coffee every time and is on par if not better than what I can achieve using a traditional pour over. I am also experimenting with the cold brew settings to find a good ratio for making concentrate for cocktails. That said, the app feels unfinished. In it's current state its pretty much useless.

Easily switching from single serve to batch brew in one unit is great. Whether single or batch, the performance doesn't suffer. The preset brew profiles for the roasts are extracting flavors I was not getting with my pourover setup (skill issue?). Lastly, the materials do not seem premium, but when compared to the prices and materials of other products in their lineup, it seems this was built to deliver amazing technology (in an okay chassis) at a reasonable price.

Pros and cons, mostly good. Pros: Makes a good cup of coffee. Like the recipe linking via fellow drops. Single cup separate cup than batch brewing is nice feature. Easy to use and clean. Cons: Wish the drops coffees were viable via cloud if you buy a bag and save some in the freezer for later. Once it cycles off it seems to be gone. Wish there was more to offer from the software such as grinder conversions. Ie. you have a niche grinder, what number equivalent to keep the brewers recipe consistent. Wish the coffee brewing wouldn't start if the water wasn't enough for the recipe to complete in the pitcher. This would require a water sensor obviously apart from the empty sensor.

Waiting the three months for preorder was torture! I was so excited for it and am so extremely happy with my purchase. The wait was worth every minute and I will never use a different coffee maker. I am hoping that the app is finished soon because you can't really do anything with the app as of right now. With the instant brew preset profiles, the coffee is quick and easy to make
