I've had the Aiden for several months. It makes great, consistent coffee. The cup quantity flexibility is great, being able to make anything from a single cup in a cone filter clear through to 10 cups. You can get extremely granular while dialing in your different brews. Enjoy good coffee!

The beautiful Aiden coffee maker has been worth the wait. The menu was easy to use and the one question that I did have regarding the grind size of my coffee beans I was able to find on the Fellow website Aiden FAQs. It's wonderful to wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee without compromising taste.

This is a well engineered product with a delightfully minimalist design by coffee nerds, for coffee nerds. You get the convenience without falling below the coffee nerd minimum expectations of quality. It is a good deal for its price. Though I don't think it's revolutionary, or some kind of leap forward when it comes to residential batch brewers. It edges the competition in quality of brew, and tweakability. That's good, and enough. I don't know why Fellow is doubling down with the marketing narrative of even professionals (baristas, roasters) cannot tell apart an Aiden brew from pour over. This is simply not the case. Over the 3 weeks of my ownership, I never managed to get a satisfactory "clean cup" from Aiden, where it's easily achievable, with all three gift beans that came with the machine. What you get is equivalent to a really good batch brew from a coffee shop that really cares. This alone puts Aiden above everything I tried so far and I can be happy with it.

I've had my Aiden about a year and use it every morning. It always works as it should. The machines is beautiful and construction quality is top shelf. The coffee quality isn't quite as good as a pour over, but close, and the convenience for mornings when I'm in a hurry is worth the tradeoff.

Stunning, intuitive, and brews a great pot of coffee. There is a small design oddity that likely only applies to the white version of the machine: it's really difficult to pour a cup without leaving a small trace dripping down the front of the carafe. In the white version, this is very noticeable, and it's probably invisible in the black version.

Absolutely fantastic tasting coffee. Loving each cup it makes. There are a few down sides that are frustrating though. Pouring water into the machine is a pain and often spills. Getting the grounds out of the basket, when I tipped it over, got grounds all over the handle too. Now I do it differently but I wish there wasn't a handle.

Genius and thoughtful design elements throughout! With just default brew profiles at the moment, it is making a great cup. The non app brew profile creation seems cumbersome, so very much looking forward to the app. I hope roasters are able to easily create and share their profiles and adopt sharing them for this machine. I was previously using a ratio6, and loving it, but it has lost its spot as the daily brewer and I won't be going back.

I have been enjoying my Aiden since May 2025. It is very intuitive and it combines easy to use presets with the abililty to "tinker" a lot with brew settings for those who are more experienced coffee brewers. I've used it almost daily since I got it and am especially impressed with the "schedule" feature which allows me to set everything up the night before and then wake up to really, really good coffee. Before I bought my Aiden, I was struggling a little bit with the cost but it has totally been worth it.

Spectacular! From the chic counter look, to the brewing, to the pour--to the hours long hot coffee. This is absolutely the best drip coffee maker I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this--even to those who are coffee purists. I am a quick coffee maker--but the true coffee snob will be duly impressed with the function capabilities of this machine. Bravo!

The coffee is very good. And on time. And I didn't have to do anything in the morning. It's clever, you just enter the kind of coffee and how many ounces of it you want and it automatically figures out the brew profile and tells you the amount of grinds to put in.
