Scale buildup is unacceptable. You need to resolve the problem. People have varying water supplies. If your water is a requirement to make the Fellow operate efficiently, you should send potential buyers the test kit before they purchase do that they can evaluate the situation. Thanks for the replacement our extended warranty, machine purchased in April. Hopefully the replacement will do the trick. 😎

Out of box usability with the refined delicacy of a café style pour over. Easy to use, highly customizable, with a professional finish of flavor and flare. Would highly recommend to the home brewer looking to get more flavor out of their coffee, and have the ability to perfect a brew every time. The pairing with Fellow Drops is the icing on the cake, with the precise specs for a full cup of delicious coffee delivered every time.

Love this coffee maker, light roasts in particular come alive with the accurate temperature and bloom and pulse cycles.

We have been using for almost a week and are really enjoying the user menu to brew our coffee. The coffee flavor is so much better than our old drip coffeemaker. The app is pretty cool too. Coffee is ready for us at 5:15 am everyday!

Amazing machine. I've never tasted coffee this good. The guided brew is great and the white is stellar on our counter. Looks great with our fellow grinder too. :)

What a quality piece of equipment. Enough tech to make it well above the fray and subdued styling and quality that remains understated. Paired with one of their bean grinders this is a fabulous coffee maker.

It's good but not perfect. I have to keep the basket lid open and carafe lid off to keep a stale coffee smell from lingering after washing. But, it's the best drip coffee I've ever had, by a lot.

This machine made excellent coffee, until it didn't. The ´add water', light kept popping on, even though there was already water in the container. I tried to get in contact with Fellow to troubleshoot, but the form I was expected to complete, (just to have them contact me), was ridiculous; FRW number?! Way too much trouble, so I just returned it. Too bad because I REALLY wanted to like this machine, it's beautiful.

I bought this after yet another disaster with my Moccamaster where I didn't have the basket in exactly right and ended up with coffee all over my counter. I absolutely love my Aiden! I have used both the scheduled and instant brew options and have been happy with both. It's wonderful to come downstairs in the morning, see the rainbow ready light, and smell the fresh brewed coffee! I wish I would have grabbed one sooner!

The end result--the coffee in my cup--is consistently excellent whether batch or small brew. Easy to clean. Whatever issues some may claim about the plastic is not evident in the cup. Everything smells and tastes great to a coffee nerd who has brewed on 20+ devices for the last 5 years. I own a Ratio 6 (which is a great straightforward batch brewer), and I find Aiden's versatility and cup profile superior. The direct interface is...fine. I'm ambivalent about the design, though I experience latency on the dial about 25% of the time, requiring me to turn the dial again. It isn't a major issue, but it's disappointing to see such an interface flaw from a new product. My biggest criticism is that a digital-forward product for which Fellow promoted ease of customization shipped with a non-functional app (including "app updates" that erased the preorder Guided Brew configurations from my Aiden interface). Had Fellow not garnered such good will from numerous excellent products in the past, such miscommunication and miscalculation would sour my outlook of the business. If partial functionality was long seen as an issue, either marketing should've been much clearer much earlier about the caveat, or the product should've shipped at a later date. It's a serious mistake to learn from for a 2024 product marketed as a game-changer. Judging the product alone--good app functionality would bump my rating to a 5 (even with the dial issue), and the prolonged continuance of a nonfunctional app or a half-baked app would detract to a 3.
