I really like everthing about the Aiden Coffee Maker except for one thing, the carafe does not do a good job of keeping the coffee hot for a long period of time. This really distracts from all the great things about this coffee maker!

While I am not a coffee drinker, I purchased the Fellow Aiden coffee maker for friends and family who visit. They have used the Aiden on four occasions so far and the comments about the coffee qualilty has been positive.

I'm in love with tweaking recipes in the app then setting a schedule to have my cold brew ready right as I'm waking up. Easy and delicious. Just wish there was a more premium option with less plastic.

I really like this coffee maker, it looks good, is easy to use, brews fantastic coffee and has numerous options for brewing. I have been grinding beans to make coffee for years, using my favorite beans, the resulting coffee is smoother and better tasting than with my previous high end coffee maker. Well done FELLOW! I am completely delighted with this purchase!

I like the machine. I like the coffee it makes. I don't like the build quality and all the Plastics. I don't like the digital window being round and hard to read. I wish there was a back button and you didn't have to cycle around to go backwards in the menus. I don't like the add water error. This is the major issue with the machine right now for me. If it just worked I would really like it quite a bit

Difficult to learn; beautiful design, however, the water container should be visible to the front of the unit. . . I have made coffee several times and while I set it to brew 1-3 cups, it does not tell me there is not enough water to made the 1-3 cups. So after showering I find that the coffee is maybe 1/2 cup since the water was not enough.

Gave this to my husband, for Father's Day. We like the size of the unit; we like all of the features, except for 2 key issues : the carafe is not as insulated as expected, and therefore, does not keep coffee hot. And a main issue is that there is no control or option, to keep coffee warmed or hot, for any length of time. I had considered returning, but is not worth the hassle.

Scale buildup is unacceptable. You need to resolve the problem. People have varying water supplies. If your water is a requirement to make the Fellow operate efficiently, you should send potential buyers the test kit before they purchase do that they can evaluate the situation. Thanks for the replacement our extended warranty, machine purchased in April. Hopefully the replacement will do the trick. 😎

I love this coffee maker! I've tried every method and many, many brewers and this has by far been my favorite! I only once got the "refill water" message and found the solution on a Reddit post. Just slightly pick up the water container a tiny bit and thump down a few times to release air bubbles. Worked like a charm and zero issues since. The coffee is delicious and I love the design and ease of use.
