So far so great! I'm hoping we don't experience reliability issues I've heard of but so far we love it. I didn't find the programming difficult at all. Love the flexibility of settings for my profile and the single cup feature (although cup amounts are too small and I can't set it higher than 3 which gives me 12 oz on my 16 oz cup). No small thing that it looks gorgeous on the counter. The carafe keeps things reasonably warm but could be better but reasonable. I know we paid a premium for the design. If that's not important to you - there are less expensive options that do equally well.

I am new into coffee making. Gave up my Keurig and am enjoying the Fellow Aiden. I love having all the controls. I am learning the right combinations and it is fun. Beats a pour-over. The real and serious cons on this machine involve temperature. When I measure temperature of a new brew it is 20*C degrees lower than the setting. The carafe is absolutely worthless. It only keeps coffee hot for minutes not hours. Thankfully my china came with one of those vacuum thermos bottles. I immediately pour my brew into that. Felloiw has known about this defect for years and won't fix it.

If you've ever wanted barista-quality coffee, complete with a proper bloom, stable temperature, and efficient extraction without the learning curve of a pour-over setup, the Fellow Aiden may be the machine you've been waiting for. It combines the art of hand-brewing with the convenience of automation, delivering pour-over quality results without requiring any specialized skill. The results are nothing less than remarkable—nuanced, fully-extracted, and most importantly, delicious. The Aiden is as easy to use as it is beautiful. Whether you want a quick single cup or a full batch, the machine tells you exactly how much coffee to add and knows just how much water to pull from the tank — no measuring, no math. More advanced users can create custom brew profiles or use preloaded Fellow Drop custom brews. Like all machines, the Aiden isn't perfect. The machine doesn't quite feel as premium as Fellow's other products — not cheap exactly, but like most reviewers, I recognize that the build quality feels much cheaper than its price point. However, I have not found problems with the app though these have been reported. Ultimately, this is a phenomenal machine that brings a master barista into your home.

This coffee maker is everything you could possibly want and more! I particularly love that it tells you the perfect amount of coffee grounds for whatever size pot you're making. So easy to use if you just want a basic drip coffee, and so customizable if you want to get fancy. We're in love!!

The Aiden Precision Coffee Maker has become a morning ritual for our family. The function and performance lives up to its marketing, making a perfect cup of pour over style beverages every time. The App allows ease and convenience, while dialing in exact specs regarding water ratios for all roast profiles. The clean design and stylish color, outfit our kitchen perfectly. I would highly recommend this machine to any coffee enthusiast, just starting out or expert level barista, looking for a quality product.

I was going to buy the Breville Oracle Jet and mulled over buying it for over a year. I started my research again since I don't think that the Oracle Jet is worth buying if I was only going to use it for Americano coffees 90% of the time. I came upon the Aiden and immediately thought that it is the coffee maker that will suit my needs. I bought it a couple of months ago and have zero regrets buying it! It's perfect and meets all the criteria that I wanted for a nice cup of coffee (and of course, the quality of the coffee beans matters too)!

We have been using our Aiden for about a month and are extremely pleased with the machine. We had standard drip machine and this is a HUGE improvement! We love dark coffee and now get consistently smooth and strong cups of coffee. I appreciate the ease of using either the app or the machine to set schedules for brewing. I had a small issue with connecting to the app, and just needed to temporarily get my Wifi into 2.4GHz mode.

The thermos does not keep the coffe hot for very long. By the time I get my second cup, I have to reheat it.

I'm in love with tweaking recipes in the app then setting a schedule to have my cold brew ready right as I'm waking up. Easy and delicious. Just wish there was a more premium option with less plastic.

Love it--great coffee maker. Only had one issue where the coffee maker wasn't recognizing the filter basket. After unplugging the maker and restarting, it recognized the filter basket.
