I absolutely love this machine! From the moment I brewed for the first time with it, I knew I had stumbled upon a special coffee maker. The Aiden is better at making pour over coffee than the vast majority of baristas at high end coffee shops. I am now consistently drinking such world class coffee that trying what once was an average cup for me now feels almost like going back to Starbucks. The weekly fellow drops is much appreciated and has introduced me to a lot of great roasters around the world. I also have been making a cold brew concentrate for espresso martinis at the bar that I manage. The ability to custom create a brew profile for this has been excellent. I have a higher coffee ratio and a 10 hour brew time. The cocktails I'm making with it are world class now.

Sleek and substantial coffee maker! I was looking for a coffee maker with a lower profile that did not release giant clouds of steam, as my 1926 kitchen was recently remodeled and I did not want to damage my new wood cabinets. I've been pleasantly surprised about the versatility of Aiden and that it delivers excellent tasting coffee every single time. If you're hesitating - don't! Aiden is absolutely worth it.

We have been using our Aiden for the past 2 weeks. Prior to buying our Aiden, we were strictly French Press coffee makers. We needed to be able to make more coffee as we have guests coming. We decided we would try a "drip" maker. After much research we bought the Aiden. It took us about 5 days to dial in the right amount of coffee beans (we bought the grinder too) and to figure out how many cups we needed, We are very pleased with the quality and how easy it is to get just the right coffee in the morning, We love it!

After a full week of brewing different coffees delivered with my Aiden, I've been blown away by the ease-of-use and quality of the brewed coffee. The ability for roasters to provide custom brew profiles is amazing and takes the coffee experience to the next level. As a parent, the scheduling capabilities are a huge convenience.

I bought this a couple months ago and am very pleased. The videos available are really good to learn about the coffee maker and if there is a problem, Fellow is very responsive. Make sure you download the app to keep the coffee maker updated. Use the flush feature and descale it regulary. I really like this coffee maker and the company, it is first rate.

It's a very good machine to brew coffee. I've tried it with various types of coffee beans and love that it is consistent in making a good cup of coffee. Discovering and trying out new beans makes me love this coffee maker even more. With the help of AI (separate app), I can create profiles that are design for every type of bean so ever cup that it brews comes out amazing. So far, I've had it for 6 months and it has been reliable.

This is the coffeemaker I have been searching for, for years. Ability to make single cups of various sizes and pots of coffee. Programmed guides so I don't have to figure out pour over ratios and timing. I have not had a bad cup or pot yet. It is easy to use and prompts for things I would forget, like switching the shower head setting. The matte black is a bit of a dust collector but that is the Fellow aesthetic. The pot is easy to clean and pours well. I preheat it with boiling water first to help with heat retention. You are better off making single cups if you want to have hot coffee over a long period of time. The only real negative is that now I am considering upgrading to one of the Fellow coffee grinders.

Pros and cons, mostly good. Pros: Makes a good cup of coffee. Like the recipe linking via fellow drops. Single cup separate cup than batch brewing is nice feature. Easy to use and clean. Cons: Wish the drops coffees were viable via cloud if you buy a bag and save some in the freezer for later. Once it cycles off it seems to be gone. Wish there was more to offer from the software such as grinder conversions. Ie. you have a niche grinder, what number equivalent to keep the brewers recipe consistent. Wish the coffee brewing wouldn't start if the water wasn't enough for the recipe to complete in the pitcher. This would require a water sensor obviously apart from the empty sensor.

This coffee maker has truly changed our lives for the better. Every single day, we wonder how we ever managed without it, especially since having a baby! The scheduling feature is my absolute favorite—there's nothing better than waking up to a fresh cup of drip coffee in the morning. Not only does Aiden produce superb coffee, but it also looks sleek and stylish on our kitchen counter. It's become a staple piece in our kitchen, constantly attracting compliments from guests. I couldn't recommend this coffee maker more.

Makes great coffee as long as you do your research. Was hoping Aiden would be a little more plug and play, but you still need to have knowledge of your bean type, type of grind, etc. to make a good cup. I still can make a better pour over manually, but this is darn close and love that I can I just press go let it do the rest. Still waiting for the app software to improve.
