Makes great coffee as long as you do your research. Was hoping Aiden would be a little more plug and play, but you still need to have knowledge of your bean type, type of grind, etc. to make a good cup. I still can make a better pour over manually, but this is darn close and love that I can I just press go let it do the rest. Still waiting for the app software to improve.

Hands-down one of the best coffee makers I've ever purchased. Thoroughly impressed with the quality of the brew from this machine. Fellow certainly carries the clout of producing high-quality products. The Aiden is no different, in fact I would say it is the pinnacle of their strive for excellence coffee brewing.

This is the perfect machine for total geeks who want to control every aspect of their coffee. I am geeky, but I struggle with getting the correct grind size (even with my Mahlkonig grinder) and thus struggle to produce pourover-level coffee in the Aiden. That said, I think this is great for brewing quickly, when you have no time to do a pourover. Also great for doing larger batch brews for houseguests or visitors. But to get the most out of it, you need to know how to properly "dial in" your grind size. You also need to understand the various advanced levers to use (bloom time/temp, temp of brew, etc.). I think the average user won't have the patience to play with all the settings to figure out how to optimize. However, Aiden has pre-set settings that seem pretty good. I am happy with this purchase. One design flaw though: the water container will be VERY hard to clean. You have to have skinny hands to get in there and there are parts inside it that make it impossible to fully clean properly. So, maybe try to keep it dry between brews.

Sleek and substantial coffee maker! I was looking for a coffee maker with a lower profile that did not release giant clouds of steam, as my 1926 kitchen was recently remodeled and I did not want to damage my new wood cabinets. I've been pleasantly surprised about the versatility of Aiden and that it delivers excellent tasting coffee every single time. If you're hesitating - don't! Aiden is absolutely worth it.

I wish I still knew the man that purchased this because this coffee machine changed my life; I'm a whole new person. I had to wait many months for it to finally arrive but it was sure worth the wait. Best of both worlds! Exceptional automatic batch brew and pour over. This is making my life so much easier by being able to have coffee at the press of a button without having to sacrifice quality. Thank you to the geniuses at Fellow for yet another amazing product!

I bought this a week ago after owning moccamaster and sage products (which are also great). However, the user interface is extremely easy and very helpful that they display the amounts of coffee you should grind based on desired output volume and strength. Delicious coffee. The carafe is not super insulated but is fine. For optimal carafe performance i would run it under very hot water to warm it up first, especially if your flat is cold. Otherwise solidly made (albeit plastic) product, but the brew quality is simply superb.

Meets my requirements. Not for coffee as much as format. This coffee maker sits on a counter in my sprinter van. It has easy access to fill the water and coffee grounds and does not emit steam. The metal carafe is what I needed for camping. It is strapped into place while driving. Since my van does not have WiFi, I can't take advantage of programming, but it's good for a simple brew. The Aiden brewer gives me consistency regardless of the amount of coffee I want to make or the bean I'm using. I have been able to transition my morning pour over to a custom brew. The selection of beans delivered with Aiden have also been fun to explore the machine's capabilities.

I have been impressed with the quality of coffee from Aiden - pour over quality! It is also very easy to use the guided brew feature, outlining exactly how many grams of beans to use. This is simplified my morning routine and allows others in the household to make high quality coffee each morning.
