Overall, I'm very satisfied with Aiden; it really does delivery cafe-level coffee in an easy-to-use format. However, I've had trouble with app connectivity, the machine finding the proper wifi network, and the airtight container is not working properly. Still, I'm happy with my purchase and would buy it again. Once I get the above stuff figured out, everything'll be good to go.

Wow! This is one of the best coffee maker products I have ever purchased. It makes a perfect cup of coffee - every time. I love how customizeable it is with different types of brews, as well as the ability to choose specific brew quantities. I have been recommending this coffee maker to everyone I know; both those with robust coffee making routines and those who opt for simplicity.

I have had the Aiden Precision Coffee maker for a few months now and I must say, it has been both a pleasure and learning curve. It performs it's functions well, and is very flexible on the settings for either a single cup or a carafe of coffee. That said, the default settings for light, medium and dark roast brewing do not match the typical coffee beans that I purchase and I have had to fuss with it get the coffee to come out tasking good. These are medium to high quality coffee beans. My goal is always to have my brewed coffee come out tasting as close to a manual pour over as possible. Buy using the app, varying the settings is easy, using the control knob/menus is fine as well but takes a bit longer.

Just got this machine for my office and so far it's fantastic, I wanted something that could minimize the daily maintenance of French Press without sacrificing quality. I love the Instant Brew feature that I was able to customize allowing me to extract that added flavor, shall I say a noticeable difference compared to my outgoing brew method. Overall I'm extremely happy with Aiden and all of my other Fellow Products, keep up the good work

This works so well, it's like a nearly automated Chemex! I've managed to dial in the settings to reflect the flavor profile I'm used to and being able to schedule or just initiate that profile to generate coffee when I want it is a real game changer. Side note - this is first grinds basket I've ever had tat doesn't drip on the floor on its way to the trash can. Awesome design and a well made machine.

This thing is amazing. Intimidating when you see all the options, but the guided brews give a solid starting point. Excited for them to develop the app further. Being able to see all the options there rather than just on the machine will be really nice. But genuinely no complaints!

I have only had this for a week, and I have had no time to explore the many features of this machine. So I am here to say that I am delighted by the "Instant Brew" setting. I just press a button and get excellent coffee. I hope to broaden my horizons at a later date.

Absolutely fantastic tasting coffee. Loving each cup it makes. There are a few down sides that are frustrating though. Pouring water into the machine is a pain and often spills. Getting the grounds out of the basket, when I tipped it over, got grounds all over the handle too. Now I do it differently but I wish there wasn't a handle.

Coffee tastes great. Aiden foot print is a decent size, not a huge machine on the counter. I'm a little confused as to the yield on this machine. We have used the fellow pour over system for years. We always use the brew assist on the scale. I would have thought the measurements would have been the same with this machine. On the Aiden brew assist using the same ratio for two cups did not yield the same amount of coffee. On the Aiden we have to select 4 cups to yield the same as the pour over system scale/carafe yield. I would have thought they would be the same since it's all Fellow. Overall happy with the purchase.
