The Aiden Precision Coffee Maker is the perfect coffee maker for those looking to delve deep into precision brewing. I have thoroughly enjoyed the custom brew profiles and the ability to make each pot of coffee unique to the coffee bean. Thank you Fellow!

Overall, I am so excited to have my Aiden Brewer. It has not disappointed both in design and functionality. I've been able to yield the best drip coffee cups and really love how intuitive this machine is. The only reason I cannot give hit a five is the app is still not functional as of yet and eagerly awaiting for to be availble to unlock this machines full potential!.

It would be impossible to have a better coffee maker! Time to kick the Ratio 6 to the curb. This thing checks off so many boxes. I love doing single cup pour overs, but lately I've been letting the Aiden do all the work. It accomplishes single cup pour overs so well! It accomplishes batch brew so well too, and the fact that you can change the spray head is unbelievable. I love how it looks, how compact it is, and how it can connect to WiFi for updates. It knows how much water to use depending on how much coffee you are using (which is adjustable by changing your preferred coffee to water ratio). Amazing! It achieves this perfectly too. We love this brewer so much and are going to be selling our Ratio 6. I can't forget about the included carafe. it's mind blowing how smooth the pour is. Night and day vs the Ratio 6 carafe. Truly an amazing design. Nick, and team, AMAZING WORK!!! Thank you so much for changing our coffee brewing experience in such a fantastic way. There are multiple things that I didn't mention here about this brewer. It's just fantastic!!

I've had my Aiden for a month now and have been very impressed. It leaves me a lot more time in the mornings compared to fixing my own pour-over, but it also delivers more consistent results: no more getting a good cup one day and a so-so one the next. It's easy to use, easy to keep clean. My only disappointment is that my favorite Yeti travel mug doesn't quite fit.

As a brewer, it's remarkable. Incredible results with the profiles. Once they're loaded in. As a smart brewer, it's lacking, with the app experience being miserable. Difficulty connecting, constant logouts and schedules not syncing, it has a way to go on this front.

I was expecting so much more. Don't get me wrong, the brew is really really good! As a die hard pour over enthusiast, I sincerely appreciate the flavors this thing delivers. And the metal Carafe is superb. But I'm more than a little disappointed on how much plastic there is … the top lid is flimsy and the hinges are awful. Mine gets stuck opening the filter lid. Oh, and there's no spring stopper valve on the filter so you absolutely have to wait until the brew cycle is done or you'll flood your counter. Even if it says, waiting for last drips, don't pull out the carafe. And why do I have to hit the button multiple times on the menu when it's already showing “instant brew”? Shouldn't one press start brewing?

This coffee maker exceeded my expectations! As a passionate pour-over coffee enthusiast at home, I understand the importance of a reliable brewing system. With one toddler and another baby on the way, this coffee maker has simplified our morning routine. The extraction is remarkably consistent across various coffee profiles, ranging from light to dark. I highly recommend it!

Since precision is in the name, all I need to say is that it's absolute astounding that this coffee pot does MAGIC. It was a gift for my fiancé who loves Fellow Drops and loooooves the feature with the programmed fellow drops coffee titles in it! It makes it fool proof for a less-enthusiast coffee consumer like myself. I think this machine is worth every penny and you would be absolutely silly if you didn't buy one for yourself.

Great product - looks nice and many great features. Water tank could be bigger. Interface and be a little tricky, but got the hang quickly. We had this for a year and love it. However, it broke after about a year. I followed all the instructions to diagnose and fix but it was broken. Fellow sent a replacement very quickly. Grateful to them for making it easy on me, however feels wasteful.

I never complete these reviews, but I'm so in love with my new coffee maker that I feel like I owed it a review. The machine is so easy to set up and use - and - the coffee is so amazing I've stopped making excuses to run out to the local coffee shop in the morning.
