I never complete these reviews, but I'm so in love with my new coffee maker that I feel like I owed it a review. The machine is so easy to set up and use - and - the coffee is so amazing I've stopped making excuses to run out to the local coffee shop in the morning.

There are so many things to love about this coffee maker. Brews a great pot or cup of coffee. Ability to make a single serving. Daughter loves the cold brew option. I like the timer so coffee can be waiting when I wake up. If I had one complaint, it would be that the carafe does not keep the coffee hot enough. If I make a pot at 5:30 when I wake up, the coffee will be lukewarm when my husband wakes up at 6:00. I understand not wanting a "hot plate" but there should be an option to have a container that keeps the coffee hot.

The coffee Aiden makes is delicious and I appreciate the customizable brew profiles. It looks great on the counter and is easy to use. However, the insulated carafe leaves a lot to be desired. Fresh coffee cools considerably faster than in other thermal carafes I've used. If you like to drink coffee throughout the morning, it may mean brewing multiple smaller batches or immediately transferring into a better third party carafe. I'm hoping the wonderful Fellow team has plans for an improved carafe in the gen 2 model, whenever that comes.

I'm very impressed with this unit. It makes fabulous coffee, whether one cup or eight. I like the brew guide for Fellow Drops and the otherwise straightforward operation. The much advertised app is a currently disappointment but I hope that that will be addressed soon.

Makes great coffee and is easy to use. I love that my husband can make his scheduled batch brew and I can then my single cup which I can tailor to the type of coffee I'm making, ie, light, medium, or dark roast. I put in the amount of water and coffee specified with guided brew and the coffee comes out great.

This coffee maker exceeded my expectations! As a passionate pour-over coffee enthusiast at home, I understand the importance of a reliable brewing system. With one toddler and another baby on the way, this coffee maker has simplified our morning routine. The extraction is remarkably consistent across various coffee profiles, ranging from light to dark. I highly recommend it!

In love. The quality and design are worth the price. I love the ability to either be very picky, or not, and still get incredible coffee with this machine. If you're on the fence, it really is worth taking a chance on. The coffee it brews does rival the best coffee houses.

This is my second Aiden. First one had a glitch after a few months and stopped working so they sent a replacement. It took a few weeks so I did pour overs while I waited. And I did have to send back the broken machine. So annoying but hopefully the problem is resolved.

This coffee maker is really beautiful. Color is amazing. More compact than the previous one which opens up a corner of my kitchen too. Have had it about 2 weeks and really put it through the paces. All the Brews, Scheduled brew (very easy). Coffee is really hot! love that the water container is easily removed from the unit. And it only uses the correct amount of water! Really easy to clean. Great product. Highly recommend.

We have had our Aiden for a month now and couldn't be more happy with the purchase! Makes an extremely excellent single serve or batch coffee! So good, that we barely resort to our “Sunday pour over” routine because it tastes THAT GOOD! Love, love, love it! Love the modern aesthetics of the machine. Tucks in neatly on the counter. Anyone that comes over to visit is instantly intrigued by its look, ease of use, customization and then immediately looking it up online to buy once they took a sip! I usually ignore product reviews or surveys, but Aiden deserves my applause!
