I pre-ordered an Aiden coffee maker months ago and was very excited to receive and try it out. I have been making pour over coffee for years using fellow products and loved the idea of using a coffee maker to experience the same results as a pour over, in addition to being able to make a full pot. After playing with the settings and grind I have found my perfect cup. I love this coffee maker. I am also looking forward to being able to use the app and try other settings. The one touch setting is great to be able to customize and make it very simple for others in the house to use. The only point I would make is that the pot does not keep The coffee hot for very long at all. I have even heated up the pot prior to brewing and it still doesn't keep coffee hot. Doesn't matter too much to me because we usually drink our coffee right away, but just be aware.

I have had this less than a week and I love it! I am excited every morning to brew coffee. I am even brewing decaf in the afternoon so I can have more. Everything about this design is so incredibly thoughtful. I love the double walled coffee pot that keeps the coffee HOT! I love how the water tank detaches also. Finally, the coffee! What a star. I can say confidently I will not be going to coffee shops any time soon. This makes the best pour over I've ever had.

Turns your average coffee into the perfect cup! I've been making pour-overs for years now - this automates my process & makes it so much easier than doing it by hand. While I still enjoy doing it the old-school way, it allows me to continue to be productive in my office while I have the perfect cup brewing. The UI is simple & intuitive, components are top-notch, as with all Fellow products, and the results are crisp, hot, & delicious. Highly recommend Aiden if you don't have one already!

I like most things about this coffee maker. Other reviewers have covered all the great things and the shortfalls. My missing is because at this price, I'd expect a carafe that at least attempts to be insulted. Maybe it's intentionally thin-walled to allow cooling a larger batch down to drinking temperature more quickly, but by the time I get to the second cup of a 500ml brew, it's room temp.

The Aiden has become a staple of my morning routine. Customizing profiles to enable a 2-touch coffee start is easy. Once I figured out that coffee should be ground much more coarsely than I expected, I began producing clean pour overs and robust batch brews. I'm looking forward to more app features and integrations.

I picked up the bundle with Ode, and the set looks great on the countertop, consistently earning compliments from visitors. The coffee is great, and I've enjoyed pairing it with Fellow drops from time to time. Only once did I make the mistake of setting up the small batch basket without a receptacle underneath, since this one can't have the same sensor as the bath basket, but that's on me. I also wish I could purchase an additional basket separately - the magnet on the batch basket is accumulating coffee grounds (or rust, can't tell which) and I'm afraid of it failing at some point and not having another on-hand. My last bit of feedback is that the app does log me out quite frequently. I've gotten accustomed enough to the Aiden interface that I have found myself reaching for it more often to double check my schedule or how much coffee I need to bring. Overall, it's been an incredible upgrade to be able to schedule coffee to be made, and to brew with such precision around ratio, water temp, etc. It's absolutely been a good value and a morning-altering product.

I've had mine for about a week or so I am pretty impressed with the quality of the coffee. The only thing I wish is there was some kind of a sensor that said hey you don't have a carafe under here so I don't have coffee pouring out I'll hold a place Stupid me.

So far so good, I've been using the Aiden Fellow for about a week and I'm very impressed. The programmability and controls have been very easy to use. The consistency day to day has been perfect. I've used it daily for the morning brew which has turned out fantastic, and twice now I've managed to brew a cold-brew coffee with it that rivals any I've had before. Looking forward to using the Fellow Aiden for a long time to come.

I'm in love with this thing. Having pour-over quality coffee with an automatic machine is a new experience for me and a welcome one. I love making pourovers but I'm not very good at it, and sometimes waking up in the morning it's not something I want to do, but I've grown to love quality coffee enough that I couldn't do a normal drip machine. I am pleased to say that not only does this make great coffee similar to pourovers, but it does a better job than I can do on my own 🤣 Overall I'm extremely pleased with the control options, the guidance through how much coffee to add, and the overall build of the machine. I will be curious to see how well it is built to last - the lid on top can slam shut if you aren't careful, which I am, and there is a lot of plastic, though it feels well-built and sturdy. I would hope to get at least 10 years out of this machine at this price point, but only time will tell!! If you love pour-over quality coffee without the work, this is for you :)
