Easy to use. Enjoy being able to fine tune variables. Water tank is difficult to read. Carafe doesn't keep coffee hot long enough. Wide hole on top makes coffee cool off too quickly. This is not a thermal carafe.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. As someone who loves coffee but struggled to make it taste like the coffee I'd get when I was at a coffee shop… this has been a godsend.

Great coffee but too many plastic parts. Also the carafe is thin and does not insulate anything. Poor and cheap tin. My black n decker carafe was much better.

My husband is obsessed. I've never seen him love a gift so much. He's very impressed with the quality and ingenuity in the design. I used to enjoy his pour overs each morning but now we get to enjoy an amazing brew together.

It's wonderful, love it!

I switched over from another espresso all-in one maker and love my Fellow Aiden coffee maker and grinder. I was able to dial in to the best coffee ground and roast quickly. Perfect for a one person home too.

Although I just recently purchased this product, I can say that it is indeed very intuitive, obviously well-engineered and made, and aesthetically very pleasing. The coffee does seem to taste much better than my previous coffeemaker. Not sure if, however, if this is the "new machine" effect; time will tell. But so far very pleased.

This had made my mornings way better and tastier. I love the design and the simplicity of this brewer. The only gripe I have is that the app should have had basic features when released. Cause that's one of the main reasons why I bought this product. I wanted to have coffee ready and waiting whenever. I know it has a schedule feature but I'm never up at the same time every morning. Other than that which is coming eventually. I absolutely love this brewer and have been bragging about it all the time to other coffee lovers.

Love the coffee taste but, the coffee keeps dripping after I remove the carafe for both the basket and the single serve. Also I was expecting the carafe to keep the coffee as warm as my Fellow French press (love it!) but it does not. After half an hour, the coffee is tepid.

I have had this less than a week and I love it! I am excited every morning to brew coffee. I am even brewing decaf in the afternoon so I can have more. Everything about this design is so incredibly thoughtful. I love the double walled coffee pot that keeps the coffee HOT! I love how the water tank detaches also. Finally, the coffee! What a star. I can say confidently I will not be going to coffee shops any time soon. This makes the best pour over I've ever had.
