I really, really like this coffee maker!! Truth be told I waited for Black Friday to come around hoping that Fellow would include it in this year's sale. It arrived in 4 days and I've used it every day since to make single brews and small/large batch brews; so far just with the Guided Brew feature for medium and dark roasts. Today I even cleaned the shower head just to see how that worked (easy peasy). Fellow support was responsive and helpful with questions about grind settings for my Ode Grinder with the original burrs. While I'm still dialing in the grind settings the results compared to my old coffee maker are better tasting and much more consistent. I'm excited for my first Fellow Drop to really experience the profile brew feature. The build quality is amazing and the sensing of which basket is in the pot is a nice touch. I saw comments on the length of time the coffee stays hot in the pot but I decided that didn't like burnt tasting coffee and that was another reason I purchased the Aiden.

Love this coffee maker. I work in healthcare and my wife is a teacher, needless to say we consume a lot of coffee. Over the years I have bought mugs and grinders from Fellow and have been very impressed, the Aidan is no different. Easy to use and makes extraordinary coffee. I've done a tremendous amount of research on other coffee makers on the market and nothing really matches what fellow has produced here—not to mention it looks amazing. I pre-ordered the espresso series one and I can't wait to have a full fellow lineup on my kitchen counter when it arrives!

I have had my fellow Aiden and opus grinder for two weeks now, and I would choose to buy them again 10x over! The quality of brewing is unmatched, and the design of the machine is so excellent. I especially love the guided brew set up, which takes a lot of the guesswork out of brewing a cup of coffee. Also, it looks amazing on the counter!! I will be recommending to all my family and friends!

We've had our Aiden for over a month now and love it! The Aiden combined with the Ode grinder allowed us to dial in our morning coffee. We have also enjoyed the ability to take the carafe to our breakfast or dinner table and serve warm coffee without having to go back to the kitchen. The one improvement we see immediately is the need for a straw or tube to fill the carafe from the bottom up. We currently use a spoon to stir the pot after brewing which works fine. Overall very happy with the Aiden and love the ability to tune brewing profiles. As others have stated a larger screen would be nice but also not the end of the world.

Don't get me wrong, I love the ritual of a good pour-over coffee, when I have the time. Unfortunately I don't always have the time, so I'm happy that Fellow has stepped up to the challenge of creating a very similar experience with the Aiden. It is still early in my Aiden journey; I've had some very good cups/pots, while some beans still need some tweaking. I love the growing user provided Brew Profiles (an online search should turn up at least two resources for custom profiles). Am I happen with Aiden and think it is worth the price - Yes. Is it a golden-pill replacement for pour-over coffee (not quite, if you had your manual game really dialed in). But, lets be honest, if you love geeking out over coffee, this is another avenue for play.

We are very happy with our Aiden coffee maker. It's easy to use and makes a wonderful cup of coffee. Programming is a huge benefit and it's very easy to set. I wish the water tank was clear as it's hard to see where the water level is at when filling. It also looks great and takes up very little room.

I drink regular coffee, and my husband drinks decaf, which is why we were interested in purchasing a coffee maker that could brew both a good single cup and a good pot of coffee for company. Friends told us about the Aiden, and I'm so glad I took their advice and bought one. It exceeded my expectations! I only recently bought it, so I can't speak to its sturdiness yet. If I have an issue, I'll address it in another review.

It's honestly the BEST cup of coffee you can ask for. I hesitated for a while before pulling the trigger asking myself if spending this much on a coffee maker was really going to make a noticeable difference in taste. I couldn't have been more wrong. It is the best part of my morning.

This is the most fun I have ever had with a brewer. And coffees come out tasting incredible!

Definitely not what I expected Cheap manufacturing and not great flavor
